Courtney and Katrina were very helpful with our move-in process. They made it quick, easy, not stressful at all! We are so happy to be settled in here, it is such a beautiful community and the residents are friendly! Thank you Courtney and Katrina for getting us in so quickly and for being so kind and helpful!

Lived here for a little over 2 years. Everything seemed great until the property was sold and a new management team cleaned house to allow for a new deeply unqualified front office. From disorganization with renting the clubhouse to an unexplained $100 balance on our rent (which we spoke to them about multiple times & always got the "we'll get back to you on that" but never did). To scheduling a "demo" 2 days before our lease was up. Which includes my wife & I walking in on 2 men (who we didnt know worked for Oasis at the time as we were given no notice) going through our belongings as if to steal them. One of them even tried walking out with one of our phone chargers. Keep in mind these guys had no tools, and were in street clothes. Management offered no explanation but confirmed they are employees and stared at me like a deer in headlights when asked about it. The situation could have been super dangerous & nobody seemed to care at all. They basically said sorry & get over it, then proceeded to take 90% of our deposit on our way out. There is a specific woman who works at the front desk who might be the worst customer service rep I've ever encountered she has no business dealing with other humans. You'll know if you meet her, trust me. The property itself is nice because of the pool area and stuff, but don't expect to be living in a gated community. The gate is always open at the back of the building allowing for anyone to drive in. Also, don't expect to get your phone calls/voicemails answered from them for anything. Even if you suspect their employees were trying to steal from you.

If you really love the sound of random fire alarms and fire alarm tests that occur without prior notice at any time of the day/night, you'll love it here. From alarm sessions that last 5 minutes to little short 1 second ones that occur like every 30 seconds, they'll have you standing outside your place with your hands over your ears (ear plugs are a necessity). To be fair, in the beginning, notices went out for prior to testing, but now it seems like they don't care and test whenever they need to, or at least that's what I'm assuming since they don't give any notification/email after occurrence if it was a test, system malfunction, etc. Also if you'd like to know how it feels to swim in the freezing waters of Siberia go ahead and jump in the pool since the temperature control is busted and it seems like it's not gonna get fixed anytime soon. Don't get me started on parking. Otherwise great place to live, residents and maintenance people seem chill but quality of living could use some improvement.

Management changes very often, the whole place is dirty, staff is rarely friendly aside from maintenance, and nothing gets done. Been here 5 years

I have lived here going on 10 years. New ownership and management company as of the begin of Sept 2021. First month with new ownership and management and their DOMUSO payment portal is already reflecting incorrect amount due. Trying to over charge me versus what the CONSERVICE invoice reflects for rent+utilities. The staff has not taken ownership of the issue. They do not reply to emails or call you back.

Their response after 6 different attempts for me to get an answer. This issues is between you and CONSERVICE there is nothing we can do. When i agree and accept the amount from the CONSERVICE invoice as valid. I do not accept their new payment system DOMUSO reflecting incorrectly.

Their ignorance is shows by the fact that when you reporting the issue they tell you "Oh, let me look into that for you and get a back with you. " Not once even asking for your apartment or contact info.

I've lived here since December 2014. The management/leasing office is the absolute worst. Never pick up the phone (even pre-covid). If you are lucky enough to have someone answer they have no idea what they are doing, & always have to check with someone & get back to you.they never get back. Clubhouse used to be free (when it was open), & there was more visitor parking. Now there is no visitor parking, & they expect payment to use the clubhouse even though guests cannot park here. Now what little guests parking we had are EV charging stations. For who? Residents? So certain residents get free additional parking? Dont worry they made sure to keep their office staff parking. God forbid they walk around the corner. Common area trash cans are always overflowing. Residents shouldn't continue to put trash in them when they see them full, but at the end of the day, the office staff should do a walk around every now & then, & empty them if needed. Their group emails to residents also have a tone as if they are your boss, & you are their employee. Unreal. Would give negative stars if possible. If you are considering moving here. DON'T DO IT. ******* update
Had a leak in the wall of our hall closet months ago, & after months they just finally patched it. Still haven't patched the ceiling in one of our bathrooms (due to a separate leak) & that's had an open hole for months. Due to these open holes, we now we have a mouse (we pay monthly for pest control). Alerted management on 08/06/21 as soon as we realized. Initially couldn't get a hold of anyone to handle it then some random dude came to our door, & said their solution is they'll send someone to assess on Monday 08/09/21? Are you f'ing kidding me? Maintenance continues to cancel appointments. Management won't return phone calls. On top of all this they can't even get the correct rent amount on the website, so we can pay rent. Trying to resolve, but impossible when management doesn't answer the phone, & doesn't return calls or emails. Shouldnt have to jump through hoops to pay rent. I have my own job I shouldn't have to do theirs. Guess we'll have to look into legal action at this point since they continually violate CA landlord/tenant laws. Please dont move here. Save yourself the constant headaches. You'll just be taking on a 2nd job that you pay to have.

Best apartments we have ever lived in. We love the layout of our apartment. Nice big rooms and an awesome kitchen. We have a beautiful view of the pool from our balcony. The office staff are the best, Jose made our move in super easy. From time to time they do offer move In specials so make sure you ask.

In addition to remembering what you have to do in your home and at your job, you have to consistently remind the office about your needs.
I have not seen initiation or even giving you an update if they’re in process of resolving your problem. It consumes your energy.
I certainly have lived in apartment complex with better management.
I have been living here for a year.

I have lived here for about a year and honestly I got better responses from the offices at college campus apartments. The person that lives above me stomps 14-15 hours a day which makes sleeping and working from home extremely hard. If you live on the first level what they won't tell you is that you can here everyone driving below you in their big truck and that the apartment will not heat to above 67 degrees in the winter even with the heater on for 12 hours. The front office will not answer your emails or phone calls so if you need help with flooding for bad service or anything that the front office can help with, good luck. I do not recommend this place if you want to be able to sleep at night or if you work from home.

I love living here! My apartment is beautiful and spacious. I'm close to public transportation, restaurants and Kaiser. It has been a tough year because of COVID19. However, the Manager Tanya and her staff made things so much better with their friendly and helpful attitude. I highly recommend living here.

Absolutely love living here! It’s been such a great experience from the first time I came for a tour (pre COVID) to my move in and time spent living here, it’s been nothing but a great experience. The front office staff is super friendly and so helpful. The manager, Tanya, is very kind and accommodating to all needs. She’s made me feel welcome from the very beginning. The grounds are also kept very clean and beautiful. My apartment is spacious and updated. I commute to work so the location is convenient as well since the freeway is close by. Definitely recommend living here!

The Crossing apartment is the place I call home for the past 5 years. It’s both professional and family oriented. It is well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place to live. I highly recommend.

The tour was convincing-promising amenities and quiet. They did not warn about the train shaking the apartment, monthly week-long fire alarm testing (9-5 for a full week), bugs, dead rats in common areas, and putrid smells everywhere. If you do decide to move forward, ask a lot of detailed questions, as the utilities are much, much more than a house. For the amount you pay here, it is just simply not worth it.

EDIT September 13th:
From 2 stars to 1. As we could have expected, we are mid-September and the pool is still not open. “Awaiting inspection of the city of Anaheim”. We can probably wait forever since the management seems to have the dynamism of a snail.
The fitness center is still closed, despite Covid regulations allowing gym to re-open.
Maintenance is still performing emergency maintenance only.
The office is still closed.
Would the management give a discount or a gesture for all those problem? No.
Do they seem concern by that? No.
They lie, they are deceptive and not helpful.
We are also feeling that they lowered the bar of the background checks. Unfriendly neighbors not respecting mask rule are now common.
Dog pee in the common area is normal here.
Again, is anything done? No.
If you have the opportunity to sign a lease somewhere else, do it! Do not let them get you with their nice stories.

Original Review:
I've been leaving here for a year. The apartments are nice and at first it seems that it's worth the money.
However, amenities have been closed for almost a year. The pool renovation was supposed to be completed by Spring 2020. We are in the middle of the summer and no progress. Management is lying, don't trust them if they say it will be completed in August, they said June when I called in May and July when I called in June. No one is working around the pool, so of course no progress is being made. At this pace, maybe we'll have access to the pool for Thanksgiving.
The fitness center is closed "due to COVID" but even when gym were allowed to re-open, the fitness center stay closed.
No compensation of course, and they applied a 5% increase, like every year because why not.
It is also worth to mention we are forced to pay for Valet Trash service, even though we are not using it and don't want to use it.
