When a package disappears or arrives damage, they are very willing to help. Someone might have had a problem years ago. But the business has changed owners, the new owners and the previous one have been really wonderful. They work hard to accommodate all our needs. A lot better then stolen mail at home.

The owners are always very nice and helpful.

I don't ship stuff a lot, but every time I need something, this is where I go.

I have been using this Post Office box for many years the service is superb The pricing is competitive and the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Many mailing options and many useful things to purchase you won't be disappointed.

Used them for my business and caught them opening my boxes, taking product and re sealing it. I wouldn't trust them nor will I ever do business there again. Shady Place.

I have been coming to The OC Post Box for the past year now, originally I had to fax documents for my work while I was out on disabilty and now I come here for my small business. I purchase all of my boxes, labels, and packing from The OC Post Box. Jennifer does a great job every time I see her, she handles all of the packing and items with care. Every time I am so thankful and appreciative of this, that I always tell her as well that she is appreciated and that my customers also appreciate the safe handling that she performs on each and every item she does for me. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, and is always helpful with any questions I may have. The owner and her husband are very friendly as well, they always greet and welcome me when I come in. They are very trustworthy and I am appreciative of this establishment because they have not only helped me and my small business, but the community as well. Highly recommend A+:)
