I had never received reiki healing before although I was familiar with the process prior & somewhat prepared on what to expect - but if you're completely new to the experience - don't worry! You're in good hands. Michelle greeted me upon my arrival and had me sign a waiver sheet granting her with my consent & this form was so informative about what I can expect! ️ I really appreciated that for it helped me feel even more confident with the experience. Michelle has been practicing reiki for over a decade & it shows. I brought my own crystal babies with me and she set them up for the session, read their energy, & shared with me how happy they were to participate. Following the session, I felt like I could breathe more fully - sending oxygen to my whole body. I felt lighter and more fluid. Michelle did give me a heads up on where she felt some blockages & releases, my aura color and it's flowing changes, what type of healing energy and methods I could seek & practice outside of my session that I found very helpful ️. She even sent me home with a new crystal friend to help me ground! I definitely recommend booking a session with her. You'll feel safe, welcomed, and at home.

Tina is a master in explaining these over five thousand year old poses and their benefits, her extensive knowledge of the body and the traditions of yoga provide for a great yoga experience. Rest assured knowing she has put years of work into making your practice the best possible.
Catering to whatever level of previous yoga experience, or fitness, the home-y atmosphere is always welcoming. My own practice has taken shape and improved immensely since starting classes at The Off Centre. If your'e looking for a new "home base" studio or just want to get a feeling of what a yoga practice is like; this is the spot.namaste/one love

The instructor demonstrated the movements and stretches in a really good way making me get the best experience and benefit from the stretches.

I love coming to my yoga sessions with Tina. She is very attentive and will address any special needs you have. I highly recommend! The studio is so cool looking with great art and is very clean. I can’t say enough good things. They are affordable (especially for the location) so no excuses!

Clean, smelled faintly, but pleasantly, of cedar and lavender, and the teacher was so personable and fun!

I very much enjoyed the yoga class I took here. I thought the yoga instructor was very knowledgeable and gave excellent cueing for proper positioning into poses, the transitions were very smooth. The instructor took time to address specific needs of each participant. The ambience of the studio was very pleasant, clean, and relaxing. All the equipment was provided. I will be returning for more classes!
