The Old Spaghetti Factory, Sacramento CA

Sitting by the fire was nice, but rude customer turning on their head lights beeming in our eyes for over half hour. A customers loud motorcycle reving while sitting right in front of the restaurant tring to enjoy an over priced spaghetti.

OSF is a staple italian restaurant chain serving traditional pasta dishes in an appealing environment. It's like an Olive Garden but with a slimmed down menu and a grander, yet intimate, atmosphere. It's like eating and antiquing at the same time. And even though the menu isn't expansive, they've mastered all the dishes they do serve, and the prices are reasonable. Each meal comes with a soup/salad, entree, and small scoop of ice cream. In lockdown times likes these, it's also important to note that their food transitions well to pickup/eating at home. I would just suggest adding more rotating seasonal dishes to the menu.

Food was a little salty. Me being on a low sodium diet. And one spice made it almost hard to eat. But staff was great, portions size was good. May have been Italian spice was a bit much.

Spaghetti Factory is my all time favorite restaurant! Everything is so delicious and the wait staff are always so kind and attentive.a must-try is the mizithra and browned butter pasta! You will not be disappointed!

I don't like to give bad reviews. The atmosphere was cool, and the waitresses and other staff were all nice.the food on the other hand was not good at all. We had a group of 13 for my nephew's 18th Birthday. The bread came out nice and warm. Salad came no complaints.then the entrees started coming out.what a disappointment. I had the Chicken Parmesan. It was warm at best. Portions were very small for the price. It came with a little spaghetti with a sauce that tasted like it came out of a can. I don't think one person in our group was satisfied with the food quality. My sister had the Lasagna and let's just say Stouffer's does it better. It sad when you go to an Italian restaurant.expecting quality food for the prices.and get less than frozen food quality. If you want to go to Old Spaghetti Factory. This spaghetti factory has been consistently delicious. With some places you take your chances by ordering takeout, but not here. They are careful to Pack the order in front of you and call out each item so that you can make sure you're getting what you ordered. Even after the drive home, the food still tastes kitchen fresh.

It was just "ok" the name says it all The OLD Spaghetti Factory. Chicken was good. The spaghetti was bland. Service was ok. It just felt like a place u take your grandmother too lol

Hadn't been in for at least ten years since moving away. Made reservations while on a visit back home. It was wonderful, just how I remember the old family dinners we would have there.

I always love the old Spaghetti Factory. I usually go to the one on Hazel. This one has a very good feel. Great drinks. Great bartender. Our server was a little green but besides that it was a great office Christmas party

I liked the place. The setting and environment was romantic and pleasant. But food took too long to cook. We were all super hungry. Macaroni alfredo didnt have enough alfredo sauce, thy only put it on like one side of the place instead of mixing it.

Laid back atmosphere.
Great for date night, families and going out with friends.
Great food for a fair price with friendly, professional staff.
Would definitely come back.

Staff here was good, wait times seemed kind of long but it's always worth it for me.

Parking lot gets tricky when it's busy. This location also gets pretty busy, seems quite a bit smaller than the other locations maybe. Overall, no real complaints.

Super nice place and very nice people the food was excellent but extremely overpriced but I guess you get what you pay for. Go early and try the bar because that was spectacular. I will definitely go back

Food is amazing, my favorite is clam sauce and broccoli and brown butter appetizer, also the salad with pesto dressing is yummy too!

Reliable, friendly, and able to accommodate a good-sized crowd. Our family gatherings often end up here. The food isn't something to write home about, but it's tasty enough, and I really appreciate the helpful, patient staff.

Very disappointing visit. Minestrone soup that tasted like it was made with dishwater and salt with too much celery, hardly any pasta or beans. Not even a hint of tomato. Our entire party of six left unimpressed with both the food and the service. Our waitress was efficient but cold and mechanical, bordering on rude.

There are far too many negative reviews of this place. I go here often twice a week and have never had an unfavorable experience. That being said it's not that I haven't incurred any issues, rather issues were always addressed with. Maybe issues should be conveyed to your server and if still not resolved ask for the manager, rather than ranting on a public forum. Develop a backbone.

Twice I ordered by phone and wanted Penne pasta twice I asked if it was available and twice I got there they had no penne so I got Spaghetti. You decide from what I just said if you'd be back

There were about 25 at the table and one server, she was awesome, not one complaint. The food was great.

My food came out cold and then they took it back and Microwaved it and then brought it back out to me. It made the chicken hard and it had not flavor. I had them take it off my bill.
