430 in the afternoon was a a 30inute wait for 1.
Bar was empty so decided to eat there. Big mistake. Kids behind the bar were horrible. Probably faster and better service in the dining room.
Forgot to bring bread and the soup until I told the server who brought out my entree. Enough other places in the area won't eat here again. Very slow service

It was actually my first time finally after so many years of hearing about it. My Honey and I very much enjoyed the Food from a Restaurant we had never been. I myself is planning to go back to try their Lobster Ravioli? , can't wait.

Picture above our table has a bunch of grease splatters on it from food. Wood railing along the wall looks like it hadn't been washed as it was super dirty. There were nats flying around landing on our glasses etc.most likely won't ever return.

I love the mangers favorite with meat sauce and mizithra cheese. I've been coming here for years since I was a kid and now my kids love eating here, too. Just watch out if you're doing order pickup. They missed a few items from my order. I called to let them know and the person that answered just didn't care. And unfortunately I couldn't come back to get what I was missing.

The food served at this restaurant is really delicious, has wide range of vegetarian options too. Also the ambiance is so welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone!

Mohamed was a wonderful server and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on Sat afternoon. We tend to make "Spag" one of our favorite special occasion places and for Sweetest Day with my wife it was quite wonderful. Also nice to witness how everyone is gearing up to go to a Sharks hockey game - it's kind of the perfect place before this sporting event and so many other events in downtown San Jose!

Major problems getting drinks served at out table due to problems at the bar. Food was tasty and service was friendly.

The food isn't good they need some background music as well. I wouldn't recommend. On the good side we were seated and served quickly

I've been going to this place for quite some time now and it's by far my favorite restaurant! The service is amazing and every single waiter I've had is just so kind. And the food is amazing. Especially their spumoni ice cream!

Main thing I didn’t like is that all entrees come with bread and ice cream. So, you’re looking at 1700 calories and $25 minimum if you get an entree with a solid meat component, or 1300 calories and $20 minimum without meat. That’s just not really healthy in my opinion. The “green” salad is iceberg lettuce, as in the photo.

I had the meatballs and marinara and it wasn’t bad. It’s kind of what you expect. In the future I’d probably just ask them to hold the bread and ice cream so that the portions are more reasonable, but it’s not such an exceptional meal that I feel compelled to come back. I did like that the hostess was able to tell me what had dairy in it and what didn’t, and I liked that the calories are listed on the menu.

This Old Spaghetti Factory is one of my favorites. Our server Julie was the sweetest, most welcoming ever! We came from out of town, and she made our visit so pleasant and special. We ordered our favorite Brown Butter and Mizithra pasta with the pesto salad and spumoni. The food was delicious, but the service from Julie is what made our experience phenomenal.

I got the lasagna and it was really good I will get it again, my lady got the chicken Parm she liked it I thought it was a little salty but good sauce. Only one bartender was working and it was busy maybe they need two because we were already finished with our food when we got our drinks.

When our kids were young, we used to go to OSF at least once a month as it was a great experience at a great price for a young family. You could get a great meal including the entree, salad, bread, desert, and a drink for $6.89! The place would be packed with wait times for a table of 30 minutes or more. On this visit, 35 years later, my wife and I stopped by for lunch. The place looks the same except there was no crowd so we were seated immediately. The table and chairs were the exact same ones from 35 years ago! Upon reviewing the menu, we noted some changes with all the old pasta options but with some new offerings. The drinks are no longer included but the salad, bread, and desert are. The spumoni ice cream is still served but without the candied fruit pieces the kids used to pick out and set aside. Service was still very efficient and the food quite good. I noted that the mushroom sauce is no longer, having been replaced with marinara topped with sliced mushrooms. All in all, a very similar experience from 35 years ago nix the crowd and at $19 per person vs the $7 per person of yesteryear.

I've loved going here for years. The one on Las Vegas closed sadly. Everything was great this night!
