The Old Spaghetti Factory reviews
19Our sons favorite place in Sacramento. Food is always good, service is usually good, and the atmosphere is fun
This is a classic restaurant I've been going to since I was a kid. I've never had a bad experience here. The creamy pesto salad dressing is something I look forward to every time. The service is always great as well!
Apparently if you order a Chicken Caesar Salad for delivery the Caesar Dressing is extra. Sold Separately maybe. What the heck am I going to do with a bowl of lettuce?
Was the worst experience I ever experienced at spaghetti Warehouse The hostess was very rude The server was very slow she didn't listen to what we asked her for she gave me croutons on my salad and I asked her not to because I am celiac we asked her for some to go boxes and she put our food in a to-go box instead of bringing them to the table I ordered a piece of chicken and a salad and it took over 45 minutes to get it My boyfriend had spaghetti It was the worst experience ever
So, let's be honest. This is a great place for family night. The food is good and is what you would expect here. It's definitely not great grandmas lasagna, but for the kids it's fun, especially if you eat in the train car. A huge plus is the indoor blacklight mini golf right next door. It's a perfect night out for a family, especially if you have an autistic child.
First time there in Folsom. It was great! Service was excellent, atmosphere was really nice and nostalgic.being inside a warehouse type building was a really cool setting. Very very clean and everyone was really friendly and warm and welcoming.
Had a 20min wait for a table of three. Waited an hour while watching others being seated that arrived after us. Ended up leaving without ever being seated.
They treated us great. Our order was awesome. Then came in dessert, ice cream. Really had a good meal
OSF in general has been my favorite place to eat for over a decade. The consistency over the years is outstanding, never have to question whether or not it's a good option.
This specific location maintains that consistency. The staff is very nice, but often times slower here. I've been here at least a half dozen times and I don't think the service has ever been as fast as any other location I've been to.
The food pays for that in my opinion. It's worth it.
The atmosphere is mixed for me, I like the rail car dining inside, the stained glass, and other decorations - and the lighting is a bit to dark for me almost to making it hard to read the menu.
Our party of 10 was served well. The food is good and best for me served steaming hot just the way I like it. The only slight negative was the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer a bit dry.
Thank you Josh for the great service and hospitality. We haven't been in in a while. I see a lot has changed and updated since we've been in. We had calamari, pot pourri, manager's favorite with broccoli, salad, tiramisu, old-fashioned, gin and tonic and an Italian soda. Everything was on point.
Finley was attentive and a very good waiter. Cordial and efficient. Was glad to see that they had a senior menu, smaller portions, and reduced cost. Our waiter offered up the senior menu
I love the myzithra and brown butter pasta. It's the only thing I ever get, and it was delicious as usual. My wife loves the crab ravioli. Im especially grateful for our server. He was very attentive and kind to us as we have a 3 year old and she isn't the cleanest eater. I always try to clean up the floor and table around her before we leave, but he kept insisting that we didn't have to worry and enjoy our night out together. It's always nice when someone can either relate or understands the struggles of having a toddler while eating out. I wish I remembered his name to give a shout out, but it was a couple weeks ago.
Loved the decor, cozy atmosphere.
Food was awesome, my brother had the lasagna, and I had the stuffed ravioli! So good, not a morsel left to take home! Definitely will be back. That was a year ago. Came in today, inattentive staff, lack luster presentation of food and mediocre taste. Brother had chicken Parm with spaghetti, left majority of spaghetti as " meh- not worth while to eat. " I had tortellini, not much flavor, only ate half.maybe it was an off day for them?
Lisa was a phenomenal waitress. So aware of allergies & attentive to be certain we had everything we needed. Awesome!
This is one of the family's favorite places to eat. It's perfect for kids large and small, quiet and loud! They offer Caesar salad now
Some of the younger men working there were constantly grooming their hair with their hands. And then continue to work the floor. One of the young men was sitting on one of the stainless steel work tables when you should have been standing on the floor. Who knows what would have come off his feet and into the items that were stacked below for food service. I did speak to the manager but apparently it went on deaf ears.
The food was good but for the price it wasn't a whole lot of food on the plate tHey said giant meatballs. To me they were average size meatballs. I think the best part about it was they had specialty drinks and you could keep the glass. This will be a memorable item. The female waitress did a good job as busy as it was. I just feel the boys should have more training on the sanitary end of it if they're going to be serving food.
This was a new location for us. Girl seating us was not nice, we had to wait a while for server, young man taking order did not write it down then had to ask about our order twice.
Had the best experience with Maya the other day. She did really well serving us and our kids.
