28Went in at 1, after sitting there for 20 minutes I still didn't have a glass of water bread or any food the place was empty so there's no explanation for the horrible service would never go back again
I have a brace on my knee and they seated us in the very last table of the restaurant even after I said not to. Service was bad. We kept asking for things that she would forget to bring. We only got 1 butter which was supposed to be garlic but it wasn't. My favorite minestrone soup was only vegetable soup. And our ice cream had more ice in it than my iced tea. Such a terrible experience for the 2 of us
The food was good. The service was very slow. We didn't blame the server though, because we felt she had way too many customers to take care of by herself. She was very polite, and tried very hard to get everything done.
I admire this place! They prepare first-cleass food, they have a rich menu, The chef in that place is very trained, I love a lot eating all their food. The food is consistently good, the service towards the visitors is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.
The Spaghetti Factory in Northern Cali are closing, so it was nice to visit this one in Rancho Mirage.
Better than olive garden, we had a big party and food was good but only one person to cover us and two other groups. Had to ask for clean up of table.
How sad this gorgeous restaurant with wonderful food and awesome service has the stench of raw sewage as you enter the joint.
Food here is amazing. I recommend going on Saturdays for their Baked Potato Soup. It's really great!
WORST. SERVICE. EVER. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. THESE SERVERS HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON EVER. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ALMOST AN HOUR FOR THE BILL AND THEY NEVER REFILLED OUR GLASSES. FOOD WAS ALSO DISGUSTING SO THERES THAT TOO.
The food and service is amazing here. It was my first time eating here and I was amazed at how great the food is and how friendly the staff was. Our server was Rosie and she went above and beyond answering our questions about the dishes, making excellent recommendations and even brought us a sample of Mizithra cheese to try, very yummy! We decided on the Spinach Tortellini with Alfredo sauce and Spinach & Cheese Ravioli, which comes with your choice of soup or salad as a starter and vanilla or spumoni ice cream for dessert. For those with an extra sweet tooth, the Cotton Candy Limeade is alright.
Not a good experience. Took 2 hours for our meal and only to be served food we did not order. Eric the manager was not very caring about the whole mix up. No class with the employees. Will not go here again
My husband and I went here for dinner when we were on vacation. It was so hot outside the climate controlled interior was a nice escape. We ordered the cheesy bread as an appetizer and it was really tastey.
My server was great but I have been to the San Jose and Riverside locations as well and they are far more eventful. I can understand that this location fits the audience but I dont think the food quality and the atmosphere match the brand.
Have been going to spaghetti factory for years. Seems like the service and the food is hit or miss now. As before it always was the same.
A nice branch of the restaurant chain. One local feature is an old car from the Palm Springs Tramway that has a couple of tables in it. Service and food are usually good.
Caesar sales with chicken very good. Chicken moist, little too much dressing.

I have been having the Manager's Favorite with mizithra cheese and meat sauce since the 1980s at many of The Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants throughout the western US. Each has it's own unique qualities based on a similar theme. I love their pesto dressing as well. And treat yourself to spumoni ice cream to top it off.
