17I had been to one of these in Houston as a child and had vague fond memories - but I wasn't impressed here and now. The service was very good, the atmosphere was interesting, but the food was disappointing, terribly seasoned. I would have preferred Olive Garden, which isn't a good thing.
This was the first time I visited since Covid-19 shut down indoor dining. Great customer service, delicious food and minimal wait time!
Very good food at reasonable prices. They offer dishes you can't find at any other restaurants and complete meals for the price.

First time going. Beautiful atmosphere and food was great. Comes with free ice cream with the entrees. Whole family had fun!
Way too much salad dressing. It was swimming in it. Next time I will order it on the side. Overall though, it's exactly what you would expect from the Old Spaghetti Factory.
Terrible service. Waited 40min after seating to have some attention. Important detail, I was in a group of 10 people in the middle of the salon. Don't come here

The atmosphere was a little to dark in side.but the do have a patio area.but it's in closed.
We were a party of five. The waitress not only made us comfortable but was excellent. We enjoyed our meals. It was a very pleasing family culinary experience
Amazing food! Their lunch menu is absolutely wonderful. That browned butter sauce.to die for! I also tried one of their delicious cocktails, the sparkling strawberry basil lemonade. So good! I wish I could’ve had a bucket of it. Alas it was only lunchtime and we got things to do.

Two members of my family ordered a chicken panini for lunch today & were very disappointed. The chicken was overcooked & it had only cheese & some sauce, nothing else. Nothing like it had been months before.
Experience was wonderful and the food was ready and hot when I arrived it was for a party of 8 and I forget the girls name that works in the front she is a TA for my brother-in-law and did wonderful job with expediting the whole transaction. Thank you again for the wonderful service and the delicious food I plan on coming back soon thank you very much Chris and Liz medlicott and Sean comadina
Went on a Sunday night. It took us 15 minutes to get a table. Our waiter was great. The food was delicious. The ambience was pretty relaxing.

I always get the potpourri spaghetti. You get 4 sauces. Their pesto ranch dressing is really good, so is their sourdough bread
Always dependable, clean, and friendly. Great for large groups. Plus the ice cream at the end never gets old at any age.
Great place to go on a nice quiet date night. Amazing atmosphere and decor. Food is excellent, prices are great for the food and portions. Highly recommend
