Amazing olive oil and balsamic vinegar! Caroline really knows what she's doing. I've never been interested in these kind of things and she continuously gave me great recommendations. A must visit place for sure.:)

My husband and I drove passed this store so many times and today we actually had the time to go in. We walked in not knowing what to expect and was offered a free tasting of their wide variety of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. As my husband and I began to taste different flavors of balsamic vinegars and olive oils, we were absolutely mind blown by the flavors and how versatile they can be. I highly recommend stepping in and giving it a try. A huge thank you to Caroline for taking amazing care of us. We had a blast.

This specialty shop is a total hidden gem. I have been on the hunt for high quality olive oil, so we decided to stop by for a tasting. Co-owner Caroline (who is a Level II certified Olive Oil Sommelier!) guided us through no fewer than a dozen different olive oils and balsamic vinegars. It was such a wonderful culinary journey; my taste buds were stimulated on so many different levels!

We bought 4 different kinds of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Can't wait to try them on hummus, dips, veggies, salads, yogurt, ice cream and more!

Come for a tasting. You won't be disappointed.

The atmosphere is prepared for you when you arrive peaceful and welcoming hands down this is a gold mine. So thankful, my experiance was top notch. I will be back. Ms. Caroline may The Lord continue to bless you abundantly.

Our group of eight had a private tasting last night. Caroline and her amazing staff were extremely knowledgeable. We tasted and purchased many delicious olive oils and vinegars. The music was a bonus! I highly recommend the Olive Oil Pantry. Caroline is a master of her craft.

Stopped by this little gem of a place and absolutely lived it! Delicious olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Can't forget to mention the owner Caroline, who was such a sweetheart! I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

My friend and I stopped by on a whim and had the best time. What a great spot. We tasted a few oils and balsamic vinaigrettes and had an amazing time with Caroline and her top notch customer service. Charlie her pup is adorable too.

Had the best experience here. The music playing drew us in, we were immediately greeted by the owner, Caroline who made us feel intrigued and excited. An absolute hidden gem. I recently moved from the Bay Area to Manteca 6 months ago, gearing up for semi-retirement. With the proximity to wine country when I lived in the Bay Area, and traveling to different cities, states and countries, I have done my share of tastings - wine, whiskey, Scotch, and craft beers.

Since I have been in Manteca, I have been going to the Safeway on S. Main, and passing The Olive Oil Pantry, seeing their sign outside for Olive Oil tastings, meaning to stop in "one day".

Well, that one day was finally last Friday afternoon. I walked in and was warmly greeted. As I looked around, I saw a lovely boutique shop with not only Olive Oil, but also Balsamic Vinegars (which I was absolutely thrilled about), pastas, charcuterie makings, and lovely gift items (I bought myself numerous gifts).

Caroline, the owner of the store, explained how the tasting worked and suggested pairings. She was patient, knowledgeable, and I immensely enjoyed our conversation.

As someone that has done quite a bit of wine tasting, about 9 years ago I was at a winery in Sonoma, and my friend, who knew the winery well, suggested I try the sparkling wine, paired with a bit of Peach White Balsamic Vinegar. It was heaven.

So, when I saw that they carried Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, I knew I had to get a bottle. I actually ended up buying 5 different bottles of balsamic vinegar and 4 bottles of olive oil. I then headed to Safeway and picked up several bottles of Prosecco and a sourdough baguette.

I highly suggest that you try adding a little of the Peach White Balsamic Vinegar into your Prosecco or sparking wine!

I am also a fan of figs, and tried the Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar. Caroline paired it with the Blood Orange Olive Oil. My dinner on Friday night ended up consisting of various pairings of Balsamic Vinegars, Olive Oils and almost an entire baguette.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that I will be a regular customer at The Olive Oil Pantry. This is truly a destination shop!
