After a multistep, invasive intake experience to secure an appt this place decided at the last minute they won’t help me and just cancelled my appt before I could even talk to the doctor I had a referral to see. Negligence masquerading as care.

This last review is VERY FAR FROM THE TRUTH. I have been dealing with STAGE 4 lung cancer for two years now. WHENEVER I call for whatever reason, meds, heavy congestion, questions, referrals, Vannesa AND the rest of the crew ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS, take care of my needs OR get back to me ASAP! Vanessa has been nothing but, SWEET, KIND, CARING AND VERY HELPFUL for the LAST TWO YEARS! I highly suggest this office, the team INCLUDING VANESSA being they HAVE SAVED MY LIFE!

The most effective drs office I have been to! From the front office ladies to the assistants and especially the specialist I am beyond grateful for every one of them.

Staff very polite and I didn’t need to wait for my appointment. Doctor answered all my concerns and my questions.

Doctor reviewed my case and lab results before he came into the exam room, went over all of my labs, explained them all to me and answered all of my questions.

I was seen promptly as opposed to waiting an hour or so at other doctor offices. The staff was very friendly and professional and I really like my oncologist. Great service.

If I could give this place a -100 I would. Let me start by saying how this office and the provider missed a very important diagnosis that could have killed my mother if I didn't bring her to the ER due to the amount of pain that she was in. I called the office multiple times, and the staff told me that it was all normal what she was experiencing.it was far from normal. My mother 1 week later had to go in for brain surgery. When it comes to getting medication refills or just speaking to someone in this office it is utterly impossible. You will see Jesus before you get a call back from this office. They have no respect for their patients seeing the reasons that they are being seen in this office. They have no empathy or concern for the patients or family. I called this office last week and spoke to VANESSA (this is not the field that she needs to be in due to how short and disrespectful she is) which had to be the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered. Yet again they didn't know whom my mother was and referring me to call a different office for questions and concerns. I called the week prior and no one returned my call. Speaking with Vanessa she became very defensive and rude over the phone. I expressed how this office has not been the best and she hung up on me. I called back and she immediately put me on hold for about 3min. If you love your loved ones and want loving care for them during this process I would not recommend this office. Stay clear.

Always prompt with minimal waiting to see the Doctor and good service with all employees.and a very professional and easy to communicate with Doctor and you feel you’re being taken care of.

Front desk and doctor very nice. However, the person who does the weigh/blood pressure is not very nice and actually quite rude.

Very professional and courteous. My experience with the Dr and staff is been excellent. I hope all the patients concur with us. Thank you for your service.

THE DOCTOR TOLD US WHAT IT IS AND HIS STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL TO US AND OUR QUESTIONS. NO ONE ELSE WAS ABLE TO TELL US ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON

Very bad service and person name vanesa there she is very rude unprofessional worker who is nervous one and couldn’t give proper help over the phone, she has zero skills in this field and she can not be supervisor because she is rude and is zero of proper service
