The Orchards Apartments, Fontana CA

This place is beyond infested with roaches I would not recommend anyone to live here nor put their loved ones in this place. From mangers to the roaches you do better boycotting this building to have it removed permanently or start completely over with management. Roaches is coming out of peoples doors if you’re doing a tour really pay attention to the floors and around people doors you will see roaches coming out of the doors or powered. If you’re visiting someone here at night please be aware of millions of roaches to greet you making your way either in the front entrance of the apartment or right in front of the office building. The manager do not do their job at all they just be in the office ordering coffee if you see these 3 people just know they will lie on you not do their job when it comes to it. Especially the one with the polkadot shirt she’s highly unprofessional. She’s very rude and she says she won’t get fired. She don’t care about her job not at all to be a manager I would expect you treat anyone and everything with respect. Out of all the managers she is possibly the worse of the worse and I deal with a lot of managers who don’t care about their jobs nor the people just the paycheck. Once again DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE!

Make to much noise up on the third floor over and over also the hallways stink

I have been living here almost 3 years
The Manager Lillian and her office staff is doing an amazing job. Also the maintenance team is doing an amazing job as well. They have been very helpful.

My mother stayed here for nearly 5 years. Yet did we know, it’s apart of section 8. Lots of unwanted guests & facilities need a lot of upgrades. Not a place I would recommend for 55 & older.
