0 Stars if I could, Worst Management, At the time of our residence here, there were a lot of construction in the lots next door. The apartment and facilities looks clean but don't be fooled. Our vehicle was damaged in the garage due to the grey water leaks mixed with the concrete dust from the construction next door. We really didn't mind the noise from the constructions as it occurred during our work hours and we were away from home anyways. The damages that came with construction was what really hit us hard. Don't be fooled by this place the Management team seem friendly at first but once you signed the lease, the attitude changes instantly. Initial we had our suspicion about this place when we moved into our apartment the Outdoor Window Screens in our living room was nearly dislodged and about to fall out. During the holidays we noticed individuals were partying on the top roof with individuals bringing there ladders to climb up to the roof of the apartments. The Garage Door downstairs broke down often leading to parking on that disastrous street where parking is zero to none. The Elevator had broken down multiple times within a single month (8 different times in one month, with several of the incidents taking up to three days for resolution). Granted my family had no issues with taking the stairs but in multiple occasion we would see one of the management team members flirting with the residence in the stairwell when they have a first floor lounge in the lobby. We had also noticed mold starting to form on the walls of the apartment after some rain which we suspected there may be some damages or improper sealing. All these lack of maintenance issues make us wondering why we are being charged for hefty maintenance. One of the residence as they were moving out suggested looking elsewhere as there were other apartments same quality and better management team.

Lived at The Otsego for over 3 years and had a great experience, no complaints. The resident manager Josh is super helpful, kind, and responsive. I loved living in the area since it’s so close to everything — restaurants, grocery stores, a park, etc. It was always a clean space and has modern/updated amenities and appliances which was important to me. Overall a quiet comfortable place to live with respectful residents, would definitely recommend

The Otsego is great place to live! The building is always kept clean and has awesome amenities, including a gym, dog run, Luxor boxes, etc! We’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have no complaints. Josh the building manager always makes sure that maintenance requests are taken care of within hours, that the tenants and building are kept safe, and is always easy to reach. I would definitely recommend checking out the Otsego!

Loved living in this very modern, clean building. The neighbors are all very friendly, there is a dog run, a dog washing station, a parking garage, package lockers, etc. So many amenities that make living here a very pleasant experience. Josh, the property manager always responded to any of my questions quickly and kindly, tenants at The Otsego are very fortunate to have him!

A great building for anyone that wants access to the NoHo Arts district and has the best apartment manager in LA. Keeps the building clean and very well maintained!

We had an amazing time at the Otsego. Josh was the best building manager we've ever had (whatever he's paid, it's too little!), and resolves any issues we had quickly and with kindness. The building is beautiful, and they never scalped us when we left with fees. A great experience!

We’ve been living at The Otsego for almost 2 years and it has been wonderful. The apartment clean, well maintained and the location is great. The manger Josh is amazing. Any issues we had, he immediately resolved. Our neighbors are all amazing too. It truly is a wonder place. Highly recommend!

I lived here for a year and a half with my boyfriend and we both loved it. The complex is clean and the property manager is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our washer and dryer once and it was promptly fixed. It was a great place to live.

My fiancé and I have lived at The Otsego for almost 2 years and we’re so sad to be leaving.we love everything about it:
1. The location - close to a huge park which was great to use during covid and for our pup, it’s walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in the arts district, and a quick drive to Ventura where you have more restaurant options.
2. The building - super clean, everything in order, maintenance crew always timely and professional. It has a nice online portal where you can submit your maintenance requests, pay your rent and view your lease. It comes with a gym, a dog run, a beats lab, and a roof top. We used the dog run and the gym all the time! It has a Luxor box to ensure your packages are safe, it has extra storage in the building that you can rent which was super handy for all our Xmas and Halloween decor and etc. The manager Josh is super awesome! Very helpful, always there, very responsive! He makes sure the building is safe and neat and is very hands on.
3. The neighbors - my neighbors became my friends, everyone’s so friendly.the vibes and everything about this place was just great.

We’ll definitely miss this place, we made some great memories here.

The leasing process with The Otsego and their manager, Josh has been beyond extraordinary. Josh is incredibly prompt and easy to reach and he has been amazing help for myself and roommates for securing one of their beautiful apartments

I am leaving a very positive review even though we ended up not renting here. Josh is super cool, nice and just overall a decent human being. The only reason I didn’t apply here it’s because I needed a little bigger place for my kids and I. However, the place is super cool, updated, quiet and very clean.

I have lived here for 2.5 years and I am sad to have to go! This building has so much charm, very clean, quite, and filled with friendly places. Management is also great and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend living here.

Our time at the Otsego was very memorable, and we can honestly say we've never had a better building manager than Josh. Thanks Josh for taking such good care of us! The neighborhood is very cool, young, and hip. The building is best suited for those who want to enjoy everything that the NoHo Arts district has to offer - bars, restaurants, and such. So many of those fun restaurants and bars are walkable from here which was great, as LA is not really a walking city. The gym here is great and the available storage units were a fantastic add-on. There are many new buildings going up in the area, but doubt they have as great a manager as Josh who can give you the personal attention you deserve. All in all, a very positive experience.

Living at the Ostego was a blast and it was truly a wonderful experience. The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and the mgmt.is to die for, especially Josh, who always had answers for all of our questions and was always there when we needed help. Totally recommend living here!

The onsite manager, Josh, is helpful, kind, and any troubles we had were always dealt with in a timely manner. Oh - and I miss having a gym! Take advantage if you can.

Loved living here. I was the second person to move in and it honestly never felt like there was anybody in the building even though it filled up. Besides occasionally passing people in the elevator it’s a really quiet, chill, building. The art all over, the gym, and the manager Joshua is the man. He gets the job done whenever necessary, (I hardly ever had to request maintenance) and he always has good vibes. Eventually moved to a bigger condo but will miss this apartment!
