5The Palms has gone down hill. Do not move here, garbage has been moving in here the last couple of years. This community is overrun with nuisance, domestic disturbances and people who don't live here using the amenities. Cops have been called here at least a few times a month. On-site management doesn't do anything since they've continued remote leasing. We're leaving at the end of the year.
Leasing office still closed due to "covid" anytime you call no one ever picks up. Leave a message and never get a call back. Maintenance service request take over two weeks to get someone to come out and fix the issue. Place is horrible.
Tracting here is pretty good. Guest parking is full sometimes which is a bummer. The numbers are simple unlike some places
The palms apartments are very clean and safe. The maintenance team is outstanding and very helpful. Luis was very patient and kind when helping us with an after hours emergency.
My mother in law used to live there. The day she was moving out we were warned by a tenant a bandit that lived in the Palms was making his way around the neighborhood. Around 8pm we were leaving as fast as we could and looking in the rear view mirror saw the bandit coming up on us wearing all black and black head covering with just the eyes showing. We drove away never to return. I called management the next day and they wouldn’t acknowledge a known burglar lived at and roamed the palms at night. Think twice before living here.
