I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. It’s beautiful, we see grounds people out all the time cleaning and up keeping the area. The staff is all friendly and responsive to any and all queries. We have had a really smooth and stress free as possible experience because of how helpful everyone has been. Can’t recommend this place enough!

They broke in our work truck twice Dec 27 2021 and January 22 2022.they steal all our tools.even the police said they are in this apartment twice a week same stealing issue and breaking cars in the parking area.we are here for 4 months and break our truck twice.this is inside job.this is the worst apartment in America

I was very satisfied with the work of my leasing consultant Nicole Gerber. Not only did she offer me a wonderful spacious and bright unit with an amazing view, but she also helped me with verification and answered all my questions. Nicole made this complicated procedure very easy and understandable for me. Very professional, friendly and patient.

Horrible receptionist! Went there for a pre-scheduled appointment. Receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. Definitely not the person that should be in the front. Should not be the ambassador of such a nice luxury apartment. Management needs to be careful of who they put in the front. As a receptionist you need to be greeting incoming prospective lessee’s and have at least a little friendly demeanor.

Despite this I still asked her help for directions since the property is massive in size and the “tour guide” app doesn’t really give you directions or clear instructions. When I asked her help for directions, she literally told me to F off & come back later even though I had a pre-scheduled appointment through the home office representative Josh over the phone. Btw Josh was awesome and gave a 5 star service over the phone.

I tried calling the leasing agent Corey over the phone couple times. He was polite but of not much help. Also, since the property is huge, they didn’t even have the option of providing golf carts. They literally asked me to park my car by the leasing office and walk. With no real directions or proper guidance I didn’t end up finding the apartment and had to leave.

Overall, the property is huge but I wouldn’t recommend my family, friends, coworker or even aquantainces to consider leasing here.

One of the worst places I’ve rented from. Just finishing up a 2 year lease. Don’t bother trying to get help with a problem because the staff here will do anything to get you to hang up and never follow through. Countless times I have been promised a follow up or call back and they never did. For the price we pay here you can definitely live somewhere else with better qualified staff.

For as much money you pay, I’m shocked they can’t afford more maintenance people. I’m on the first floor and my kitchen sink has flooded three times. I’ve been living here for 6 months and it’s flooded three times. I asked the maintenance guy why this happens so often and he said it’s likely because my apartment is on the first floor and connects directly to the main line which can get backed up and clogged. It’s disgusting. I called in to put in an emergency maintenance request but I was on hold for 20mins. I had to go into the office to submit the request there. I told the women I needed the sink to be cleaned up by 4pm because I’m having people over. It was 1: 30 when I went in and the maintenance guy didn’t come until 3: 15pm. He called the plumber and said the plumber would be here in 40mins. Needless to say, I was really upset to hear that the plumber would be unclogging the drain when my guests are just arriving.

We had a funeral gathering for my wife at "The Retreat" building at The Park apartments. The room was very clean. The convenience of moving the furniture to what we needed had a great flow for the service. The architecture in the room and lighting is high quality. 5 stars!

I am very pleased with the service provided by the maintenance team at the Park. My bathroom sink had been draining slowly and my own effort to improve it by applying Liquid Drano failed. The maintenance guy fixed it and replaced a light bulb in barely any time at all, and I only submitted the request last night. He was here first thing in the morning, and it is Sunday. He is a professional cool dude.

The main reason for the 5-star rating is because of the staff I have interacted with over the last 18 months since moving to the Park. Very professional, courteous and helpful. In particular I would like to mention the Community Manager, Ramona Lavo. Without doubt, the wonderful way she communicated with us by phone and emails during the pandemic made a huge difference to how we felt during such trying times. I should also mention the cleaning staff and maintenance guys, who have always been so polite and work so hard to keep the areas in our building clean and working in good order. I am very happy here and although every location has it flaws, this place beats the 4.5 years I spent at the Village, two blocks away, by miles. Thank you Ramona and your team!

This is not my first interaction with the employees from the leasing office, they always manage to find a way to surprise us and put a smile on our family's faces. Last week they organized an awesome Halloween party for the kids & parents to enjoy their time, we really appreciate it!
We also had reserved the Madison lounge the day before, and "Lisa Cookston" went above and beyond, she followed up with a confirmation email promptly after reservation as well as to invite me for a walk through in the lounge the day before to address all the maintenance/requests we might have. She followed up on our requests proactively prior to our event, and made sure everything went well during, and that we enjoyed our time after the event. We felt that genuine "personalized" service that everyone in the customer service industry should have.
Ask for Lisa Cookston, and thank me later. Thank you Lisa! <3

I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone unless you like to live with cockroaches and all types of other bugs. I’ve mentioned it to the leasing office several times and in one response they said that cockroaches are a seasonal thing witch no they aren’t. No matter how much you clean how much bleach you use how much you mop, vacuum doesn’t Matter they still come. Watch your step when you open the door make sure there’s no visitors following you in. I’ve put 6 traps all around my patio still hasent worked. Your neighbors like to use there patios as storage units and for there animals to go to the bathroom so I’m sure that doesn’t help either and it smells and is also embarrassing if you have visitors. You pay a convenience fee here and theres nothing convenient about it. There so called “luxury apartments” that’s false information there’s nothing luxury about this place. You also pay a pest control fee witch obviously there not doing there job. I’ve been here for 5 months And I’m ready to bail out already. I will be out of here ASAP wether my lease is over or not and I will make sure I am let out without no fees otherwise I will make a few phone calls to make sure I’m let out because i know in the terms and conditions it doesn’t say “cockroaches and bugs will be included” I’d rather pay a 1000 more a month and give my money to someone else to live comfortably.

As much as I love the entire community, the reason I gave a 5-star review is because of my outstanding move-in experience. From the minute that I walked into the leasing office, to the second I unlocked my own apartment, Julia Bakhoum was attentive, kind, explanatory, and patient. She answered every question that I asked and even entertained the questions that my family (who was there to move me in) asked. I cannot say a single bad thing about my experience with her! She even made sure that everything was taken care of with my renters insurance so that I wouldn't run into any complications with the insurance company! I highly recommend asking for Julia if you ever move-in to this beautiful complex!
