I find this much tastier than all the other local ice cream stores. Flavorful, fresh, and not too sweet. It's as good as Gelato Classico while, you know, being a different style than Italian gelato.

Really loved the combination of salty peanut and bitter caramel with the torched marshmallow fluff! The ice cream was creamy, milky and the topping was unbelievable. Loved the recommendation! Not as many flavors as other places, or traditional flavors like cookies & cream, but nevertheless the ice cream was made with quality ingredients you could taste & was overall an enjoyable experience. For those commenting on the cost… it’s Palo Alto. Boba next door would cost you $7-$8.

Give it a chance! I honestly don’t know why they got such a low rating. I tried their ice creams and ended up getting Pistachio gelato and it was awesome! The service is slow but the ice cream was so good that I’m giving them a 5 star

I hate to say it but I admit I agree with the other reviewers. It’s pretty overpriced. The toasted marshmallow fluff was good but I’ve had better. I liked the bitter caramel flavor the best (it wasn’t bitter just less sweet).

The plum brittle ice cream was just incredible. The quality of the dairy and the base seems different, tastier, maybe fresher, than most other ice creams.

Fav ice cream place in Palo Alto! The flavors are very creative and rotate often. The marshmallow fluff topping is what really does it for me though.

Great service. The base is a little more water-y than I’m used to, but the flavours are rich and strong. Loved it.

I love their hand crafted ice creams! They also offer special toppings such as grill marshmallow. Very interesting. The butter caramel, roasted corn blueberry and coffee flavors are all taste good! You can taste the fresh ingredients and I love the sweetness level. Not too sweet and it’s exactly the right amount. Highly recommend!

7.25 for a single scoop!? You are better off going to the trader joes 2 mins away and getting a pint for half that.

Marshmellow fluff was very fun- ice cream was fine. But for $8 all in, this needs to be more than just fine. A group of family friends and kids came for ice cream and hung out at their little inside seating area for 15 minutes chatting. The place was empty on a Sunday 2: 30pm on a heat wave day (never a good sign for an ice cream business). A lady then came over to tell us we were too loud and she can’t hear her one customers’ order - she did not do so in a nice way. It was clearly to ask us to leave (and leave her store empty again). Unfortunate customer service experience when paying $8 for a scoop of ice cream that I really wanted to love.

I read all the hype. I was excited to try it out. Really had a sweet tooth craving and I was nearby so I gave it a try. I'm underwhelmed. It's fine - good even - but it's just another ice cream shop. With a single scoop price of over $7. I'm cured of ice cream cravings for the near future, don't need that.

I got a cup of strawberry peppercorn and vanilla ice cream with toasted marshmallow topping. The strawberry was really good with bright explosions of flavor from the pink peppercorns, and the vanilla was smooth and floral. The toasted marshmallow was so good, perfectly roasted and sweet! It's the only way I want to eat ice cream now.

High price, Low Quality and low quantity. Don’t get sold by fancy ice cream flavor names. It’s just marketing

Flavor selection is unique and inviting. But the ice cream fell short of expectations. Had the Fresh Mint Chip and it wasn’t minty enough. Also lacked creaminess of other scoop shops. Texture was good.

I had high hopes for the creamery that replaced tin pot creamery. But I was very disappointed. The ice cream base itself is icy. So the texture is on the icier side. Portion sizes are small. $7.25 for a single scoop (their pints are $12 for the same flavors though).

Was super excited to see my favorite ice cream place from Santa Cruz to open close to home in Palo Alto. I used to drive 2 hours just for it.
But was super bummed out that my triple scoop was barely fill the cup, so I will be returning to the Palo Alto place.

I had to check out Palo Alto’s newest ice cream shop! The shop is bright and cute and the people who work there are extremely friendly. They let me taste like seven different flavors!

The ice cream style is a little more icy than creamy/fatty, it reminds me of gelato. What really stood out though are the flavors! Someone in the kitchen is a flavor master.

The chamomile apricot tasted like an apricot creamsicle. The pineapple sorbet tasted so fresh and juicy, like pineapple when it’s perfectly ripe. The mint is very herbal with bitter chocolate. The bitter caramel is pleasantly sweet but with a bite, similar to Salt and Straw’s old rye flavor. The vegan chocolate rivals Humphrey Slocombe’s - it’s intense, dark, and satisfying. But my favorite was the verve coffee flavor. It’s a flavor burst on your tongue, with a little nuttiness and sweetness.

They let you do a little tasting called a mini triple so you can get three flavors in one (woohoo for indecisive people!) Don’t miss their light and fluffy bruleed marshmallow topping.
