Amazing and welcoming staff here! Every instructor has been very helpful in different classes from demonstrating and breaking down each move to offering alternatives. Happy to find this gem in Chico that is thoroughly accomodating to my level of fitness and super fun!

I actually reside in San Diego but visit Chico frequently from time to time. Living in a large city I have tried out many different Pilates studios. This by far was one of the best workouts I had ever had! The atmosphere of the studio is also really nice and it is also really clean. I’m visiting town soon again and will most likely take a few classes again! Also like that you can easily book a class online.

Not the best…everyone is arrogant! Took two classes… two rude instructors and it’s too expensive for the services they give, Disappointed!

I've been going to the pilates method class with Kaia for about a month and I'm really enjoying it. I've frequented pilates in the past but it's been a few years. Everyone has been really great with hands on instruction as well as providing modifications as needed for every move. The space is always very clean and organized, it has a lot of windows with natural light. I'm looking forward to being a long term customer!

I am so happy I started coming here! The instructors are wonderful and attentive. Class sizes are small and everything is cleaned down well in between classes/use. I've loved every class I've taken (yoga, pilates, & barre). Don't hesitate to check this studio out!
