The Plunge San Diego

We had a great birthday party here at plunge for my daughter’s 11th birthday! The girls didn’t get out of the pool the entire time! Jenny was awesome very helpful!

Really good place 100% recomend staff is awesome! Look for Brian he always make sure guests are taken care of.

I had a great time at The Plunge, Darion was a great help showing me around, he was the best. The Plunge was welcoming, clean and relaxing. Definitely coming back with my family.

We have been bring our daughters to the Plunge Adventure Camp over the last two years, both during winter break and also a few weeks over summer break. We love Sam, who runs the camp, and she always looks out for the kids to make sure they are having fun. Camp is organized, the kids have a blast and it’s super easy to drop the kids off and pick them up. They have increased the variety of activities the kids can do, and swimming in the pool with the obstacle course is always a highlight. I highly recommend the adventure camp.

Our children have private lessons with Ian at the plunge. After years at Callan swim and almost no progress in swimming within 6 months our 5 year old now swims like a champion in the deep lap pool because of Ian. He is magical with both our daughter (2 yrs 10 months) and our son. Our daughter now swims in the deep lap pool as well. If I could give Ian 10 stars I would.

Our kids have been in swim with Coach Ian for less than a year and have made amazing progress in their skill and confidence. Our five year old can manage swimming in the deep end and our 2 year old has the confidence of a kid 3 times her age. Ian is so gentle in his teaching methods and gives them each great encouragement. Both kids look forward to swim for three days leading up to their lessons with Coach Ian!

I’ve been into the Plunge a few times now, and everyone is always so nice. Specifically a gentleman named Darion, I believe he is in management, but regardless of how busy he is, he always makes time for a warm greeting and a friendly smile. I have even seen him grab a mop to clean up a mess, and always holds the door open for some of the elderly. I recommend The Plunge to all of my friends, and hope everyone has their birthday party here!

Love this place. The shallow depth is perfect for my son. It helped him gain confidence in the water, and now he's a great swimmer.

I recently attended the Plunge and it was truly exceptional. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their friendliness added a personal touch to the entire experience.

This pool is perfect on any day, it has 82 degree water and is right on the beach. Darion is the best!

The plunge is literally the best family fun experience ever. The nostalgia of having a pool party is lost nowadays so it feels good to be able to enjoy pool time with the family. Big shoutout to Dalten for being super accommodating and helpful in the signup process. He made sure we were taken care of! Appreciate you fam!
