I am so pleased that we made the trip! The observations that were made about the structure of my daughter’s feet were so enlightening. It actually helped us understand the reasons behind her previous knee problems. I thought we were making a trip to get a great fitting pointe shoe and we got so much more than that! Great information, friendly, and professional!

I scheduled a virtual fitting with Josephine because it has been 10 years since I’ve been on pointe. I had a lot of pain when I was on pointe in the past and my feet have changed. I felt like I definitely needed some expert guidance and she was so quick to understand what shape of shoe I needed just by looking at my feet through zoom. She’s truly a professional and really knows what to look for. I’m excited to get my new pointe shoes and start dancing like I used to. Thank you so much Josephine!

What an amazing experience. I'm an adult ballet student, and I've been fitted by 3 different people (in person and virtual) over the last few years. The virtual fitting it was absolutely satisfactory. The fitting was fast, so much so I worried that Ms Josephine hadn't paid attention. When my shoes came in from over the Pacific and over the NAmerican continent to me, they were absolutely satisfactory.

I have inflexible ankles and feet. I haven't done pointe in 26 years. I was intimidated about getting reshod. Even when I was younger I had no luck with in-person fittings: I always wound up with a shoe with too hard a shank that I had perform drastic surgery on. When I booked my virtual appointment I figured it couldn't be any worse than that.

The results exceeded my expectations!

Okay I would like to start off by saying that I was honestly more excited to talk to THE Josephine Lee than get fitted but it was a great experience (even virtually). I highly recommend, they are very knowledgeable and professional and this is THE place to be fitted.

Can’t speak highly enough of the service Josephine has provided. Being an international customer I was wondering with postage etc how it was all going to work. Straight away Josephine let me know I would be sourcing locally for the shoes. She provides a follow up fitting to check all is as it should be with your fitting. Her knowledge is outstanding and being an adult dancer coming back to pointe after many years I needed that expertise to ensure my feet are well looked after on this journey! Thank you

Josephine is amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped my daughter find a great pair of shoes for her super bendy feet, but more than that, she was careful to explain why those shoes would work best, as well as providing her tips on how to sew the elastics for maximum support and how to use pointe shoe glue to extend the life of the shoes. It was well worth the trip up to SF!

This was my daughter very first pair of point shoes. We were referred through our dance instructors. They are a married couple whom have both Profesionaly for may years. We value their opinion. As we were there to get fitted we saw a few other long time dancers we respect come in. Josephine was knowledgeable and helpful.
