The Pool Place, Placerville CA

So nice here. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. And that pellet stove is sooooo warm & toasty!

We don't have a pool, but have two ponds. The Pool Place has always had the parts and equipment we've needed to keep our ponds functioning. The service and friendliness of the staff is wonderful. We also LOVE their Christmas shop (and dister shop) and visit every year.

We bought a Doughboy from The Pool Place and from beginning to end they were fantastic. Highly knowledgeable, interested, not pushy, helpful ans informative. We had a little issue with our pool pump and they jumped on it right away, offering an upgrade and setting us up for success. There are many pool stores in my locality but I will be driving the extra milea to be a patron of this store. Very impressed.

In the heat of the summer and the threat from California government to shut our power off I found my sand filter failing, big time. Unfortunately my pool guy knew this but did not tell me.

I took samples of the sand from my pool and water samples to The Pool Place and they confirmed the sand was from my filter and tested my water for me without charge.

So far on this episode I have not spent a dime there. I hired a new pool guy who wants to give me a proposal on a new type filter as well.

I have purchased various pool supplies from The Pool Place for 5 years. On the things that I need help with I will always shop with them and hope you will consider the same.

First time there, customer service was excellent and the young lady who assisted me knew exactly what I needed.

The Pool Place has been INCREDIBLY helpful while we've been working to get our pool ready for the season. They have helped educate us and lead us in the right direction with the right products to get the pool crystal clear with the chlorine and PH levels all where it needs to be. We cannot tell you all just how impressed we are. We sure are proud to have them doing business in El Dorado County!

Great service from start to finish, I'll be back in a month with a new water sample for analysis. Knowledgeable staff answered all my questions. Good prices.

Mike is great. The M8 is freaking awesome. Took awhile to get in but considering everything during Covid has been delayed, I honestly can't complain.
