The Press Cafe

Stopped here for some breakfast & was incredibly surprised to find this gem in a little strip mall. Food is so fresh, you can see cooks making scones in house as you order. We got seasonal paninis, and the quality of each ingredient could truly be tasted. Wish we lived closer but would drive 40 min for this food again!

23 August 2023 11: 15 AM. Ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese. The sandwich arrived with cheese on. After arguing with the servers telling us there was no cheese on it, even though it could be seen. They took the sandwich back. No communication as to how long it would take and no apology. In the end, we had to go back to the counter and ask where the replacement sandwich was. They said "we're working on it". When we asked what order I was talking about, they hadn't a clue. Four servers standing behind the counter not communicating with us after we asked the question. Disgusting service and no regard for the customer. We basically had to interrupt their chat session to get some information. We were then told it would be three to five minutes. A minute later, the sandwich arrived. This is the first time I have been unhappy at this place, I usually go to the Livermore one where the service has always been excellent. The serving staff, here, were a group of kids with a bad attitude and no regard for the paying customer. The Management need to get a grip.

Love this place! I go here almost every week and everything on the menu is delicious, and the staff are friendly and have great service.def recommend!

Press cafe is beautiful, busy place with lots of seating and moving traffic. The food was great.

Food and drinks are usually pretty good. It's become a bit overcrowded these days with them unable to keep up with how busy they are during rushes. Rethinking operations so that orders that take less than 3 mins to make aren't waiting for 45 mins behind complex food orders for dine-in. I get it, it's busy, but waiting way more than 20 mins for a simple order shouldn't happen with how many staff they have running around. All that aside, please please please clean your ceiling area. There's months of dust just sitting there and contaminating food below. This should be a weekly task to dust the vents and such.

The food here is outstanding, always super fresh. There is usually a line out the door for a good reason!

Lve this place. Amazing food, friendly people. Bigger menu on weekends. Especially love the Press Benedict (weekends) and the breakfast Sammie. For a real treat, try the chia seed pudding.

Beautiful and tasty. You will find one that fit you. Like the store around the corner but you can get all you want.

Such a cute little spot and the coffee is incredible.the fresh fruit toastini was so so yummy.definitely will be coming back.

Fantastic hidden gem of a cafe. No matter your food preference, you’ll find something on their menu that fancies you. I ordered the Avocado + Egg Tostini. Leave the fork and knife behind and go all in with your hands. Perfectly seasoned! Paired my meal with an iced vanilla latte. Nothing out of this world but still a fantastic coffee. Staff was super friendly as well!

All members of our party enjoyed their food (we all ordered paninis) and we fell in love with the communal table and fresh flowers.

Had the BLET for when you need an egg BAM to your normal BLT! Also had the graham cracker oat latte.excellent! Can get crowded during peak times and closes kinda early.
