The Promenade reviews
16It is very nice down here. Lots of entertainment and places to shop and eat at. If you've never been down to long beach come see the experience. Walking distance for most things, busses and uber for others locations. Very pretty place and the beach and board walks are great.
Nice little walk with plenty of places eat. Many have outdoor patios, which will be great for summer & warmer weather. Wish there was more bike parking visible from the restaurants though.
I have been to the promenade
Many times in the city of
Downtown long beach california
There are wonderful restaurants
Wonderful wonderful wonderful
I went to the promenade yesterday noon time in the city
Of downtown long beach california
I want to go again maybe next time five stars period wonderful
Was there in a professional capacity, meaning was behind the curtain. Very well maintained and exciting environment for those who enjoy living in an upscale, single friendly environment.
A peaceful walk down to Ocean Street and you forget you're in downtown Long Beach. Condos and shops on both sides are slightly obstructed by tall trees; a nice oasis for a quick debrief and meditation.
I live in DTLB, Ocean and Elm. The Ordinarie is probably the only place we frequent. Long Beach needs to address the homelessness from Ocean Blvd at the Renaissance Hotel to Harvey Milk park at 3rd. Much rather head to Shoreline Village instead.
A lot of shopping places, restaurants, wineries, bars, gift shops, you name it and it’s there along with entertainment! ###turnup
Cute shopping center with cheap parking (free for the first two hours). A few places are open for dine-in, but still mostly take out only as of June 12.
Places to park, shops and things. When considering a place to go, maybe you can go here. You might like it here. Come and see.
The proximity to the ocean allows nice breezy walks as one peruses the stores. Most don't have business during the weekdays. Many have closed. Management tries to put life into this area with Friday Farmer's Market, certain weeknights with outdoor stands selling arts and crafts, organic foods, guitar playing artists, and that makes this area more interesting.
Love the area. There is a new place called Noypits. Grand opening from 11am-3pm, only $10.00 buffett. Also bar and grill. It's nice to walk around with our dog jelly.
Had this amazing cocktail at The Ordinarie on the Promenade. They have the Miracle Pop Up right now which is a fun thing to check out.
Outstanding bus stop cleaner on truck 302 at LBT who maintains First Street and Promenade area clean when he's assigned to First Street Transit Mall
I love the promenade. So many options for food and drinks. Not to mention how well maintained the grounds are. I always bring my friends from out of town here. My top two options for food are Congregation Ale House and Dog Haus.
I love the Promenade with all its little bistro cafe shops and novelty stores etc. I miss my bike rides to the Alamitos beach. I miss my Long Beach. I shall return someday for good.
Stayed at the Renaissance Hotel. Very nice, excellent customer service at check in and check out. Room was very modern and nicely decorated. The view from room 1024 is amazing. Like the fact that their is a window seat to sit on and look out at the harbor.
Only thing I didn't find was that the in room dinning menu was limited in its offering. Food was excellent though and good portions. Recommend a stay here.
