The Pumpkin Patch reviews
10A very, very bad experience. This month, I took my daughter to many places to watch Halloween activities. This was the worst time. I took my daughter to play the green inflatable castle. The young female ticket inspector was very unfriendly. I think he might just want to sit there playing with her mobile phone and talk to friends. My daughter was only two years old. This inflatable castle was the first time she went in alone. When she succeeded, she wanted to share it with me. She just went out to find her mother waiting outside and went in again and asked to give the ticket again. I gave the ticket again. The ticket inspector opened the door unhappily. After entering, my daughter played around and asked to go home. When my daughter stood at the door waiting to open the door, the ticket inspector was always playing with her mobile phone. I went up and asked the ticket inspector to open the door. The young lady opened the door impatiently and then continued to play with her mobile phone. She was very indifferent and impatient, but she chatted with another ticket inspector very happily. Next time I won't choose here again, I will also tell my friends that some people here are very unfriendly to children.
I went to this pumpkin patch with my girlfriend to just enjoy the weekend. For something that should have easily turned into an enjoyable experience turned into an awful experience. First, the employees there, mostly derived of young teenagers, had a bad attitude, as if they had no joy in their work. I then waited in line for an HOUR on a activity only to be told I cannot enter the activity! We wanted to try hamster ball activity, but because I was over the weight limit, ny girlfriend and I were not allowed in. When the employees informed me of this, they told me with no degree of commiseration. I learned that the requirements for the activity was hidden by the employees chair. Not only was it hidden, but even if it was visible, it would be hard to read as it was displayed in a sheet of paper 10 feet away from where the line was formed. I was so disappointed, I wasted an hour of time for nothing. At the bare minimum, requirements for the activities should be posted in BOLD. I then went back to booth to request a refund. I explained the circumstances, as I only bought the tickets for that specific activity. The employees had no sense of sympathy for the inconvenience I faced, and bleakly denied my request. I think you guys should heavily consider which pumpkin patch you attend. It could save you time, money, and provide you the best experience. If you don’t want to risk being denied entry for a simple activity because the site cannot successfully display the requirements, then what other surprises might you find yourself in. If you want a more hospitable and cheaper pumpkin patch, choose another location! Another downside is that they charge for photos. Other pumpkins patches like in Culver City provide free photo areas for photos. Why waste money here for photos. The “photo booths” were nothing more than a couple of stacked hay and pumpkins, which can be found in any other pumpkins patch. Choose your pumpkin patch wisely.
Drove 35 minutes to find out they weren't pet friendly had to get in the car and turn around.
Sweetest cashier ever, sweetest employee working the baby chick area! We had no problems and found our pumpkins pretty quickly. Loved the layout of it and how it looked overall
Fun activity for you and your family. Lots of things for your kids to do, and they are pet friendly!
Absolutely no social distancing taking place on 10/30. Extremely crowded people standing elbow to elbow. This is downright irresponsible to be allowing so many people into a tight space and I hope someone from the county heath office reads this.
To crowded but everyone had a mask on they have hand sanitizer everywhere. Its fun and cute
It was small and cute but had so many good things, like games a motor car for kids to drive. Socially distancing was enforced and done well! Many games to play and a couple jumpers that would be sanitized after every use.
There are some activities and shop. Small zoo also available. Small place can watch pumpkin.
It was good at the beginning but after October 17 the place was super busy and without social distances. The Kids where allowed to be without a face mask inside the hamsters ball, the balls where also not cleaned after each use.
