The Reserve at Empire Lakes Apartments, Rancho Cucamonga CA

The apartment complex itself is centrally located in the perfect area. Be aware of all the extra charges they will charge you when you move out. Don’t bother cleaning because they will charge you for that. They will also charge you for paint and carpet cleaning after living there for a year. They took my deposit and are asking for an additional $300 for BS fees. I have never been charged extra when I moved out of an apartment because I take good care of where I reside. This place is a scam. I lived at Verano in rancho and I recommend them over this place. Good luck using the amenities there because that’s a joke too.

This review is for Leasing Consultant, Jimmy. My niece leased her very first apartment today thanks to the help of Jimmy. He toured us around the community, explained everything thoroughly and helped my niece with the application process. She was approved within minutes and the whole process was simple and easy. The community is beautiful and well kept. My niece is so excited to move in. Thank you Jimmy and keep up the good work.

Talk about attention to detail! This is not a new property, but the passion on upkeep, maintenance and grounds is amazing! Requested some maintenance items before work and they were all fixed when I got home, Raul is so awesome! But it’s not just the maintenance teams, the office staff always has a smile and is eager to help!

My fiancé and I have lived at the Reserve for about 3 years. I can truly say that we are enjoying our time here. Sokhom and the office staff are super nice and always address any concerns, or questions we may have.

Although some residents may not be the best at cleaning up after themselves or their pets, Raul and the maintenance team take care of it right away. The property stays clean and is pretty quiet.

Also when you stay here, you accrue Equity Residential credits to use towards purchasing a home in the future. We are hoping to be home owners in the future.

I love living here! Everyone in the leasing office has been so amazing and sweet. Maintenance has been amazing any issue that I have gets taken care of right away and Carlos has gone above and beyond to help out with the issues I was having with my sink. Thanks to everyone who works here for all that you do!

Besides the fact that there is always parking and 711 is right there, the Maintenance, and leasing team is outstanding, I would like to thank Carlos for his professionalism, and ability to fix the problem in a timely manner. I would like to thank Jimmy in the leasing center for his outstanding customer service in making sure you and your guest are taken care of.

The staff is nice and helpful. There was a slight mistake in the information provided which put me on the wrong floor, but after that disappoint everything has been going great.

Great place to live they can improve on timelyness to fix things when they break but other than that it’s a great place to live

I put in a service request for a leaking hot water heater. In less than 10 minutes Andros was at my door to take care of it. He fixed the problem in no time, it was a leaking hose. I still can't believe the promptness. I'm very impressed with the service I received.

The team is so nice the apartments are beautiful I would recommend apartments to anyone feel like home with wash and dryer inside of the apartments. Could ask for nothing better.

Reynaldo Rodriguez-Molina came to attend to the work order that was placed for a couple of things to be repaired. When I added one more item to be repaired he did it with no problem. He didn't tell me I had to put the work order in for it first, he just took care of it. Reynaldo is a very professional and respectful maintenance man with a very cheerful attitude. Thank you Reynaldo for the repairs you did for us. They were very much appreciated.

Jimmy is awesome. Does work on details. Only thing we did not like was the carpet. I think it was just vaccumed and given to us. We found it dirty at various places.

Had a problem with my ac unit leaking and filter not working properly, Reynaldo came to the rescue and fixed all of it! Outstanding work and very fast response time! Appreciate the work! Thank you!

As for the community itself, it’s been getting worse and worse over the past few years. We had our garage broken into and items stolen TWICE.mailboxes were being broken into. Parking passes for spots are a joke. And the rent continues to go up, with the community getting worse. It was time to leave.
