Do not rent here. Customer service is non existent and unacceptable. They don’t respond of emails, charge you for ridiculous things, like two months of pet rent, when you get a cat 2 weeks before moving out and saying they need to raise your rent from $4500 to over $11000 if I needed to go month to month to find a new place. Tenant are loud, parting night and day, walls are very thin and street noise is ridiculous. 100% do not recommend.

Don’t move here. You will not be able to enjoy any of the holidays or the weekends. The pool area is like a zoo. Wide open doors. Free for all. I often see people sneak in with their cars, park and use the gym then go. Happens every day.

One of the most frustrating experiences looking at apartments. I would not trust the management team here. The leasing manager showed us pricing for a three bedroom unit that was available this month. The price she showed us was $6300. We went on a self guided tour and when we returned and tried to put down a deposit, the price increased to $6600! Nice bait and switch.

The leasing manager said she was unable to speak to a live person, that she had to text with the management team that was in a different office. They kept telling her that they were working on changing, the price to reflect what was shown to us. After an hour and a half of sitting there, she comes over to tell us that they are not going to honor the initial price of $6300 because the website says that the prices are subject to change at any time. I find this extremely unethical to show a prospective tenant an apartment at one price and then increase it when they go to put down a deposit.

This the best community i ever lived! Best relations with the community and personal. They help a lot and it feels like they carry me as a mother! Very careful! So many pluses here as a great amenities, quiet space, big windows, very good sound isolation? Wifi in whole building and much more!

But most important it is a people as a Carlos, Tori, Hailei who work here! I’m an immigrant in this country and those guys and that place makes me feel i’m at home. It is a priceless! 7 stars out of 5!

Lived at Pac City for nearly 4 years in 3 different units. Over that time it showed a steady decline in management, the caliber of residents and overall aesthetics. Please know if you choose to move in you will be amongst a large number of “entitled” folks with no regard for neighbors, adhering to the smoking rules, noise rules and ESPECIALLY pets. People do not clean up after their pets (see aforementioned entitlement-they think it’s the staffs job to pick it up clearly), barking is excessive and many do not keep their pets leashed (my 80 year old mother was injured by an unleashed dog). The on site management truly tried their best IMO but UDR did not give them the resources and support to take care of the “jerk” tenants or hire the necessary staff to keep the complex pristine. Never had a problem with response time for maintenance but we did end up leaving due to a major sewage/plumbing issue. We also left because they tried to raise our rent $1000 a month for our Huntington St facing unit was NOT worth the price tag. Know if you are on the outside/street facing units, it is VERY noisy. But that’s beach life. Hope this helps. If you are expecting high caliber with the high price tag-lower your expectations.

WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The management is extremely rude and prices are absurd. The property always has problems everywhere, the elevators break on a weekly basis so you have to walk up stairs, garage doors don't open so you have to park on the street and get tickets, and property is very poorly maintained and dirty with bugs/rodents. They also allow pit bulls who attack residents in the community and they don't do anything about it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Updated. Warning! DO NOT RENT. Worst experience renting of my life. The elevators and garage doors constantly break and we had to walk up stairs on a weekly basis. Also. They allow pit bulls under the disguise of therapy dogs. My daughter and I were viscously attacked by a neighbors pitbull in the elevator. Had tons of medical bills from the attack! They would not remove the pitbull dog that attacked us so we moved out early. They would not let us out early of the lease and stuck us with a collection on my credit report. Prices are outrageous and worst rip off in OC.
