I toured this building twice. The virtual tour experience is quite horrible, as they have virtual for guides who you can only interact by text. In some cases during my tour, it took five minutes between responses so it took forever for me to ask questions about the building. The last question I asked was not answered for many days. At one point, I had to question my tour guide about whether they were a robot. There is no possible way to call this place and speak to a real person.

The apartment themselves are okay. The walls and doors are so thin that everyone can hear whatever you are doing inside the apartment. It seems that you will have zero privacy in this building.

Finally, there’s no assigned parking and parking is not included. For two cars, you’d have to pay $80 just to park in the garage in a first come, first serve spot, which may not even be on your floor.

Overall, I just got a really dumpy vibe from this place and the customer service alone was enough to deter me from living here. I’ve never toured a building in which the customer service was so bad that it was a deciding factor.

This is the worst place I have ever lived, nothing at all luxury about it. I am updating this post to include more issues I have encountered from the last time I had posted and things have gotten worse and I am finally moving out. It’s been an absolute headache dealing with how this place is maintained and managed. I am never able to reach management, I am never able to reach anyone. There is no one in the front office ever, they basically are there to get new people to sign and provide no service to complex. I had 1500$ worth of bike property stolen from their enclosed bike racks, I informed them multiple times with no help whatsoever and the culprits kept retuning to steal more bikes, the multiple robberies continued at bike racks until I notified them for a fourth time! They did nothing to help me, nothing whatsoever to determine who stole my bikes even though they have cameras in the bike rack. One time I had an emergency maintenance issue, a part in my shower broke, a part that’s supposed to be maintained by the property managers so my shower was never working properly when I moved in, should’ve been replaced a long time ago. It finally failed at one point and hot water was running for three hours and after calling their call center 5 times, a drunk maintenance worker finally came and simply turned off the water for the whole apartment instead of fixing it so I had no water for a whole day before someone came to fix it. I had no idea about this until the whole system failed on me. Nothing was done properly for our apartment form the get go. The apartment wasnt even cleaned properly with piles of dust and trash everywhere. The cleaning person hadn’t even left yet when we got the keys, paint splatter everywhere, the floors damaged, door damaged. The public halls smell of foul trash during the summer. The halls and garage are constantly littered with trash. I'm absolutely fed up with the service of this apartment complex. Don’t come and live here because they charge the luxury price without meeting the criteria. If they want to have the property ill maintained as it is, they shouldn’t be labeling themselves as luxury. Absolute sham. This all stems from the upper management team and the owners.

Visited a friend who lived here and be careful of this angry looking stout man putting all the future resident parking spaces signs back up very aggressively. I don't know if he works there but he has made it his mission to do this and he does not care if a car is parked there or not, so check the part of your car that has gone into the space first.

Was thinking about being a future resident there, but maybe not now.

I’ve been living here for 3 years and I am so happy to finally move out. Ever since covid, the leasing office has been through text. The pandemic has passed, the entire world has reopened… except for this place. It is such a hassle to get help from them. When I request for maintenance it takes a week for them to come and I even have to pay for some things. The apartment itself is fine, but whoever is managing this place needs to step up their game. I was also charged $1,000 more on my rent. When I asked why, they said oh sorry it was a mistake? I had a reserved spot that would constantly have people park there and someone actually ripped off the reserved spot sign. My car tire also got stabbed by a knife (according to the people at the tire shop). When I reached out and asked to see security cameras they said the spot is parked where it cannot be seen by cameras. I am soooo done with this place. I just went into the leasing office and heard a couple of men who is visiting the apartment saying that it is so silly that they have to sign up, get a code and do the tour themselves while the sales just sits and wait in the office. They said that it is a very bad image for the company, which I agree. I recently went on tour with other apartments and none of them does self guide tour anymore. So what’s happening here?

If you work for a living like I do, don't ever expect to be able to use the sky deck as they always rent it out and ask residents not to use it. For the Super Bowl this past year I invited three friends over to grill and watch the game on the sky deck, however, two hours before the game they emailed that the deck was now reserved and they asked residents to not use the area. Im probably going to just start going up when I want to, even if they say it's reserved, because I don't understand why Im paying $2,500 a month for them to just tell me not use a space so they can make money off of it!

I would stay far away from this place. The negative reviews are true. They are not getting back to me about my refund. This shouldn’t even be your last resort choice. If you’re reading this and are considering, please rethink your decision.
