The Restaurant at Ponte, Temecula CA

Sadly. My wife and I are staying at the Ponte Winery Inn and called to inquire about a to-go order. Crazy to know is that they don't do anything for takeout on the weekends, even after mentioning that we are guests at their hotel. Exceptionally unfortunate and gave them 2 stars as the hotel it worth the stay, but don't plan on going to a restaurant that can't accommodate for paying hotel guests who simply want to stop by for a simple lunch order. Especially post-Covid, you think they would accommodate much more.

What an awesome experience and was trying to buy a white Pinot noir but was not for sale to the public and we love wines to and I think it should be available for all to experience and try once in a lifetime but will see come next August if they change and allow us to purchase an amazing wine like the white Pinot noir.

Beef risotto was amazing but the bolognese was pretty bland, tasted like something you can make at home. I barely ate it. Atmosphere was great though

Love love, love this place! The wine tour was great. The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. The wine taste great! Will definitely be back soon.

Excellent, the food is really good and the service is great, I'm not much of wine drinker but their wines are very good and easy to drink and made awesome pairing with our food

I had a business dinner here at the Restaurant at Ponte in Temecula, CA with my real estate agents. We had incredible salads with generous portions of burrata and salmon. The wine was incredible! It was the perfect garden like setting to connect, dream and plan. We love that they give you baskets to place your purses in so you do not have to put them on the ground. The service was also excellent.

We will definitely be back!

We came on a Friday evening before our flight back home. It was such a beautiful way to end our trip! The food and wine was delicious, there was a musician playing live music and played every single one of our favorite songs. The views were so beautiful. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been members for a long time. Our go to for date nights, tastings, overnights, etc. The quality of everything has declined significantly over the last few years. The excuse has been lack of staffing, struggling to find staff. Then I just found out they mandated vaccines for their employees which made several people lose their job. They've been advertising for help wanted for so long, now they are taking away the medical freedom and jobs of able bodied dedicated employees? Shameful.

Food is amazing, wine is delightful. Staff is friendly, sitting outdoors surrounded by beauty, I can't imagine a better way to spend a day. They even have a kids menu with fancy food, we all left happy and full!

Food: 2/5 - below average food
Ambiance: 4/5 - Good views outside and live music for Sunday brunch. Inside seemed stuffy.
Overall it was alright - food seemed to be an afterthought given it is associated with the winery. Suggest looking elsewhere for a proper meal.

We grabbed lunch and did a tasting here for my husband's birthday The food was phenomenal and the wine was just as good. I would certainly reccomend trying the salmon sandwich! Wine wise, the vernaccia nera and pinot grigio were my favorites while he loved the moscato and the meritage.

This was our second time having dinner here. First time was great. But this time it wasn’t. First of all we are wine club members, so we order lots of wine all the time. Got seated right away and was brought water, waitress came a short time after. This is where it got bad. Instead of her asking us if we wanted to order we had to keep getting her attention and asking to order. It was really weird. Then she said she was going on a 30 minute break. It was only like 40 minutes from when they close. My hubby’s steak wasn’t cooked how he asked. So we sent it back. Instead of them making him another one they just reheated the same one which now was completely over cooked. For the amount of money they charge for food it was unacceptable. Won’t go back if the service is like that. Seems they are hurting for good workers since there are signs everywhere that they are “ Hiring”. This restaurant can do sooooo much better. It’s kinda a shame

My husband and I are wine club members and love Ponte winery. We stay here about twice a year. I am so disappointed by this restaurant Both for the food and for the service. We were here eight months ago. I cannot believe that the menu is the same. They don’t believe in updating or changing the menu. The same pastas and pizzas, etc.also, the quality of food is so mediocre. What’s worse is that they have the same menu for lunch and dinner. We arrived on Thursday and had lunch and dinner at Ponte restaurant. The service was extremely soft with unfriendly waitresses. Best thing about the restaurant is the beautiful grounds and food presentation. They should make the food look beautiful. I just wish that it tasted as good as it looked. Sadly, we won’t be back at this restaurant again.

Ponte Winery in Temecula is always a place to stop for delicious lunches & meals and event better drinks. I don't care for sweet wine but their Bubbly Champagne with a twist of Moscato is something to try!

The restaurant at Ponte is located in a very pretty setting. The margarita pizza was very good and their bread was delicious.

O. M. G! I never want to leave! This place is AMAZING! Everything from the hotel, the fabulous dinner, the wine tasting, the grounds.just Perfect!

There are 2 restaurants on the resort-like property. Live music and excellent service. Beautiful scenery of vineyards and mountains.

Beautiful winery with delicious food and drinks! Highly recommend the honeydew and mango sparkling moscato, which was perfect with our dinner and the weather. Our favorite dishes were the shrimp pizza and the seafood pasta, both of which were so fresh and flavorful. The shallot and vinaigrette dipping sauce was amazing with the bread! The service was phenomenal and the ambience was peaceful. We needed a bigger table due to the amount of food and drinks we ordered and they were so accommodating. It was definitely a more mature vibe than the other wineries and restaurants nearby. If you want a relaxing and romantic getaway, this is the place. 10/10 will be back.

Surprised to find food very good. Only problem was there were not a lot of choices but our choice steak sandwich ended up to very good. Margarita flight was good too. Not a lot of people hence service was quick. Live music good although a little bit loud
