3We’ve had lots of friends stay here. The residents call it death row. The workers to me don’t seem to have a nice kind attitude. I’m there about once a week for the last 12 years…. I’ve been through quite a bit do staff. It’s important you stay an advocate for your family members if they go here. Otherwise I feel like they do get taken advantage of. Even the sweet ones sometimes they just want a bowl of soup and employees will be nasty to them and tell them it’s not time to eat.
My father lived here for the last five years of his life, in each of the living levels (independent/assisted, skilled nursing). He was cared for with love, compassion, and competence. I am grateful for the wonderful care he received, and the wonderful caretakers who work there.
This business is bad because I have family members that work there that is have bad experience with the boss. I think that boss is a jurk to the work who are Latino.
