The apartment and area it’s self amazing. Manager how ever A BULLY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR IN YOUR EARLY 20s she’ll compare you to her kids as if you shouldn’t be here if your young or something. Our neighbors do the exact thing we do & who gets a notice ONLY US. Not to mention if you don’t answer maintenance will just open your apartment door. Called the property owner to speak about this hopefully we don’t get the same treatment from her
I love living in this gated community. It's very quiet, and everything is updated in the units. The complex is the most desirable that I found in the area. A major feature of the apartment homes is their size, spaciousness, and luxury. The location is amazing and close to Woodward Park. The management here is the best I have ever experienced (Liz is awesome)! If you need maintenance you can give them a call, and they will be right to you on it.
Unfortunately i have to give a star but if it was up to me i'll give no stars at all. Elizabeth is so UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL woman. I asked her questions and she gave me an attitude expecting me to know the answer. Im asking the question for a reason! She made me feel unvalued as a potential resident. The more we talked seem like more frustrated she became!
I have lived her since October and have had an amazing experience. The Management is professional and friendly. They fix any issues quickly and accommodate us. The gym is so nice and always clean and fresh. The grounds are always clean and the trash is always clean. The amenities are great and always kept clean. Great place to live!
