The Running Iron reviews
9Place is fun for the competitive playful challenges against friends whether it be playing pool, darts, pinball, jenga or shuffle board. It's a laid back and easy going crowd and staff for a hole in the wall type bar.
For me the atmosphere was cool and the drinks weren't super expensive like a lot of the other places. Great customer service as well.
Cons- Cash only, no beer on tap.
Pros- Great atmospher for socializing, music, and a variety of games to play.
If I didn't have 22 years of history with this place, it would have gotten 2-Stars. For 1, a NOT ice cold beer like years past. Said beer, or as I call it, a Coors Light bottle, was $5! Five dollars for a bottle of beer? Ridiculous! And lastly, the Bartender was a bit full of herself and was spraying way too much perfume behind the bar which immediately gave me a headache and also gets on tIuo the liquor spouts, ice,
Just a good local bar to go hang out with the girls. Lots of fun stuff. Pinball, Darts, Pool, and one of the smoothest shuffleboard tables in this town. Loved it. Great ownwership who makes all welcome for parties of all sorts.
The drinks are strong and cheap. The pool table is two bucks a game. That's highway robbery.
This is my local bar, I've been coming here since 21 yrs of age. Although times have changed I will still support my local hangout. It is cash only now! Which is not my favorite bartenders change left n right but this is pandemic times. I am a dedicated patron. I just wish they could go back to the olden days!
I love the atmosphere of a chilled laid-back bar and I love the clean environment with the shuffleboard and the pool tables. And I guess the bartender has to show off half her chest in order to get good tips because otherwise why would they give a tip. I mean we get it they're nice but you don't need to basically be bare-chested at the bar. The security guard had a great attitude and was very helpful even offering to fill our glasses of water after our drinks were done.
The bartender Britney is amazing and always tries to give me something new to drink. I love the multiple bathrooms, and they have a professional sized pool table. Lots of space, but super cozy at the same time. A bar that is actually fun on a Monday? Right here baby.
