2AVOID SD UNION TRIBUNE. Fraud. The SD Union Tribune has been taking my money for the last 4 months and delivering nothing. I subscribed to their Sunday newspaper service and have never received a single newspaper. They say that they are short on delivery drivers, but my neighbors get their newspapers everyday. I called to get a refund after 4 months. They said they would cancel my membership and refund. Turns out, they actually didn’t cancel my membership and also only refunded one of my 3 payments. Now I am back on the phone trying to get my money back from this company as they continue to charge me.
Can't understand reps. So frustrating. Don't like/want to be rude by asking repeatedly to repeat what was said. Takes twice as long to get answer. I don't have time for this
Reps give different info. They need to better educate staff on policies.
