The Shade Store, Costa Mesa CA

Their shades are great, but for the motorized rollers, the technical support is terrible. Employees are not trained well. I've wasted hours having 5 different people come over.

We need to replace a shade that was falling apart. The people in the Costa Mesa store were helpful and followed up for each other when one was out. There was a broken part found during installation and the installer ordered a new one and helped us get a second appointment to do the repair. It's all set now and looks great!

We worked with Dianna in Costa Mesa who was extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the products and provided lots of insight to the whole process of ordering and installation of our shades. We really appreciated her expediting our installation!

The shades we ordered arrived timely and safely. Jeff was our installer and despite being a few hours late (we were notified about it), he did a fantastic job with the installation. He was very careful and thorough which was appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was great!

Installation was professional and perfect. I love motors on the large shades, and be able to set them via Alexa is awesome. Great store. Great products.
