We are very pleased with the excellent design suggestions and customer service from Joel at The Shade Store. They have some interesting and unique materials for window treatments; we found a gorgeous drapery material that they installed in our home, which completely transformed our living room! Our installers, Patrick and Ray did a clean, quality installation and we look forward to getting some blinds from them soon. Customer care is top notch and we highly recommend them.

Christopher at The Shade Store really knows his products, makes solid recommendations, gives you options to consider, and is top shelf all the way from the first store visit through installation! Placing the order was so easy and he remained available throughout the entire process to answer questions and make any changes we requested. Customer satisfaction is Christopher's top priority. The measuring team is also top shelf, arriving on time, asking about our preferences for how the shades will be installed, and following all the current COVID protocol when entering our home. The installers for our various installations were also prompt, polite, followed all COVID protocols, cleaned up after drilling the brackets and did an overall fantastic job! This week Sayed installed a window shade with a solar charger, and offered to program the remote to include another solar shade. I didn't even have to ask, he was one step ahead of me! He was prompt, professional, friendly and went the additional mile to make the installation a positive experience and our use of the remote so easy! Thank you The Shade Store! Aliana Heart is very knowledgeable and friendly. A powered window treatment requires you may have to wear multiple hats; home designer, electrical engineer and/or programmer are just a few. Aliana makes it very simple, or at least does her best to explain. Our blind measurer and installer was also professional and friendly. Thanks team!

We recently completed an order for two homes; one in the desert and the other in the mountains. Superior experience and product from our first meeting at the showroom all the way through to installation. We couldn’t be happier. Our motorised black-out shades are super quiet with remote control that only needs recharging once a year!

The lady on the phone for the Palm desert location was a total rude woman. Didn’t care about what I needed, she simply thought that I was wrong. TERRIBLE customer service.
