Taking all the time, being extremely patience as we took our sweet time to make up our minds about swatches and configurations, to helping us wherever he could, Travis was always kind, fun, professional and honest. He has a long background in the industry and knows his stuff.
Installation was also flawless and we are incredibly happy with the results!

Although we encountered some issues with our order management and initial slow responses from the customer service team, we eventually received the necessary support, and all our concerns were resolved. Our in-store experience was positive overall, and we're satisfied with the final product.

He also prepared us for the installation process, and helped us troubleshoot an issue with shallow windows. Our shades look fantastic. Five stars!
