I haven't been to this place in a very long time, but I absolutely love it. Any trip to Morro Bay was incomplete without a visit to the Shell Shop!

Just a huge selection of shells and corals in this store. There are also various gift items. Huge selection of jewelry and decor items. The prices are great too, for every budget.

I have always loved this shop, and have never left disappointed. This visit I found some amazing specimens to add to the collection. Very happy ️

My wife and I never miss visiting when we are in Morro Bay. A huge selection of shells and glass at reasonable prices. The service is knowledgeable and never tires of questions.

When my kids were small we got a Christmas ornament made from shells from this shop. 40 years later my kids are grown and my granndchildren get ornaments every year. A beautiful tradition.

What a great little shop! Even though I come to Morro usually once a month or more, I still find myself stopping here! Everything is awesome, reasonably priced (less than I expected for sure!) and every time I go staff is friendly and helpful. Love this place! Has some cool jewelry too, and some of the more expensive shells/shark jaw/fossils too. I'll keep going!

Been going here twice a year for 3 years always had a great experience. Idk if they are under new management or what but my last visit the older gentleman who is usually there was not instead a rather stand off-shore unfriendly woman seemed to be telling the young cashier all the prices for what I was purchasing just by looking at the item and not using any reference sheet, sure enough when I finally looked at the receipt she over charged me by about $10

I've been going to The Shell Shop every single time we go to Morro Bay for the past 45 years & counting. Everyone there is so friendly & there's something new to see every time I'm there.
If you're going to be in Morro Bay, you HAVE to stop in & find yourself some treasures!

The Shell Shop is always amazing. One of our favorite spots to buy outdoor chimes and trinkets.

Seems to have every kind of shell you could imagine. They had handmade wind chimes and mobiles, decorative boxes, jewelry, it all sorts of other interesting items all made of shells. And the best part is their prices are very reasonable. I bought two very pretty wind chimes, some little turtles made of shells, and a little jar with tiny little shells in it for $39!
