The Shootist is the only gun store for me. I have used them exclusively for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Their prices are great and they are always willing to help you find what you need. I would, and have, recommend this place to everyone I know.

Came in to buy some ammo, which I did, but the person who helped me only looked at me and waited for me to say something. I was confused at first and stared at him anticipating a response, but there was none. But in the end, he did help me get my ammo!

This place is great! The staff is very helpful and has great selections on firearms. If you're in the area you gotta check this place out!

I went inn and was out within 45mins. I filled out paper work for the firearm then took test, since i was 1st time buyer, and made transaction. They are atop of there game and had lots of info to share. Thank you Shootist staff for all your hard work in this very hard time for America.

The experience was okay buying the gun. However, the cz shot gun was a defect from the factory.i tried returning it and they would only give me my money back in store credit instead of my actual money.there is nothing else i want in the store.i just want my money back!

Terrible customer service! Stood at the counter looking at an upper from a distance and after 15 minutes a staff member approached my end of the counter. I asked the price and he flipped over the tag and before i can ask to hold it, he walked away without a word. I walked out and I will not return.

My husband and I have bought several rifles from The Shootist as well as my 9mm and lots of ammo too. We've been completely satisfied with every purchase. The staff has always been very helpful, patient with my questions and knowledgeable.

It's kinda pricy and not a lot of options when it comes to handguns but they have plenty of rifles, gear, and ammo.however the folks who work here are very helpful and willing to help you find what you need.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Bought a gun holster that turned out to be wrong size, tried to take it back to exchange it but had lost the receipt. They would not even exchange it without the receipt. It was in the original packaging and could not tell a difference between the one I had vs.the one on the shelf but still didn't care. Glad it was just a holster but still.buy my guns elsewhere.

This place is real rude their is a fat lady who bossed us around like they are going to get in trouble. Because we children grabbed the rifles by ourselves without the adults grabbing it. Lastly, we have been coming here for 3 to 4 years and nobody has told us nothing until someone tells us something

The shootist has great customer service. I purchased my duty weapon there, as well as numerous parts and accessories. They even worked with me on a payment plan for a rifle and when I couldn't purchase the rifle, they refunded my money. Top notch service! Will be shopping here for years to come as well as most of my co-workers.

This is my store. Nice group of staff. Friendly and don't make you fell stupid for asking questions. They dont try to talk ouy out of what you are looking for if they don't have it just to try and sell you something off there shelf. If they don't have it they are more than happy to get it for you.

Not very customer friendly. Im from Texas and they act like their sad collection of firearms is something special. Avoid this place. Go to bass and brass, or big 5 or faith armory. Im surprised they have stayed open as long as they have. Very over priced too.

I've been shopping here for over 10 years, and have always had a great experience. Randy and his daughter Erin are terrific. The female staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, some of the male staff lack in the customer service area, but they are working on it. Prices are solid and they will match any of the local shops including Turners. I highly recommend taking a look at their selection when looking for a gun.

Had to update my review. Seriously the most friendly gunship in town. They'll so around and have a friendly conversation with you, time permitting. And though the state of Kalifornia screwed me over on my background check, I'll be coming back here for my other firearm purchases with out a doubt. You should too.
