They try to take advantage of young female customers and make money off them.
I came in a month ago for damage to a door. They quoted $500 per door.
The same damage today they said would be $1,400 to fix. Where did this figure come from? They literally pulled numbers out of thin air.
I guess they forgot that I came in once before.
Giving two completely different prices isn’t cool and is in fact predatory.
I’d advise everywhere to take their business elsewhere.
Haven't been to other shops in Highland Park area and don't feel the need to. I've been there several times. John and his crew have always taken good care of me. Quality work and car repairs in a timely fashion.
