I've been working out at The Shop for 6 months & I've seen amazing results! At first, I was intimidated because I never exercised & I knew absolutely nothing about boxing. I thought I would be embarrassed working out & trying to box, but on the contrary, everyone is very professional & encouraging! Eric is an amazing trainer! He is a true master in the art of boxing. I've always hated exercising & never imagined I'd look forward to working out. I'd definitely recommend The Shop if you're looking to lose weight & get in shape while doing something fun! Ladies don't be intimidated!

The coach is great and patient with both my boys and there a handful. Very respectful and understanding. Great gym and clean.
