I honestly don't know how these people get to see the actual doctor. I have been here twice, one for a full checkup and second for a biopsy. After I take time off work and get there, the NP first asks me where I am supposed to get my biospy (shouldn't they know that?) After I show her where, she asks if I have makeup on. I said yes and told her she probably will need to wipe off the spot. After she wipes it a little, she has the nerve to say "wow, you had that covered pretty well, what type of makeup do you use? " It's called concealer. She then checks the spot and then leaves for few minutes. When she returns, she tells me that I would need to reschedule so that Dr Lee can do it herself. She was not aware that it would be on a certain part of my face and did not feel confident to do it herself. Why wasn't the doctor scheduled to do this in the first place? After I expressed my frustration, she then tells me that she will do it if I want her to. Are you serious? Do you really think now I am going to let you even near my face? All she could say was "there has been a miscommunication. " I demanded something to be scheduled with the doctor asap. They are now making me come back later in the afternoon the same day. Will see what happens, I better not be left with a scar.
