I’m very happy with my project. The Sliding Door Company was really professional from the beginning till the installation. The door turned out beautifully and worth every penny. The master bedroom and the retreat was so big and I didn’t know what to do. After installing the sliding door the room looks great and useful. Special thanks to Anna, she was very fast to respond and advised well what to consider when I chose the option. Highly recommend.

My husband Paul and I visited the Costa Mesa location in late 2022 to consider glass sliding doors for our reach in hall closet. Anna Pearson, our Account Executive, gave us excellent suggestions and helped us with the final design. At the end we decided to add a door to our en suite bathroom for more privacy. The order was completed in Spring 2023 and installed in April. We were very impressed by the quality of the product and with the professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommended!

I have been working with Anna and her team for a few months during my house renovation. Mostly with Anna. I couldn't be happier with the service, level of knowledge, prompt replies, and the empathy towards helping me design my perfect space. Anna was amazing. She follows up every step of the way and truly listens. She sent me so many drawings without any complaints or hesitation. Richard came to measure and made sure my space would be ready for installation. The installation guys were great in making recommendations to the doors I designed. They even showed photos of other clients' jobs. I high recommend The Sliding Door Company and hope I have an opportunity to work with them again.

We started off with not that great of an experience with this company, but all said and done, their installation staff member turned it around for me. A smart, humble, and talented guy who gets what customer service means and should be promoted to be the Director of Service Delivery for this company. Because of him, I went from a one-star to a four-star rating.

Delighted with the product quality and installation of a new 2 panel mirrored sliding door for a bedroom closet. Not only that, it was a pleasure communicating with Anna and their friendly sales team in Costa Mesa who responded quickly, answered all my questions and provided very detailed product info and installation instructions. I had intended to install the doors myself until getting injured a few weeks before the doors were to be shipped to me. They were very accommodating and arranged for their own installers to do the work instead. The installers did a great job and the doors fit perfectly. The track design is great. It's money well spent!

Worst experience ever dealing with this company after installation. No customer service whatsoever. I have tried for the past two weeks to call customer service at all 3 numbers they have listed with calls going to voicemail or on hold (up to 40 mins) one time with no answer. I have left 4 messages as well as emailed and cannot get a response. At this point I would assume they are no longer in business? I am extremely dissappointed as we had other sliding doors to do but will NEVER use them again after this experience.

Our sliding door room wall was just installed yesterday by Marco and Arthur. It looks absolutely fabulous and creates a dramatic feature for this room and the rest of the remodel. The guys gave me thorough and clear updates during the install and after completion. Marco and Arthur did a great job and we love the finished result.

Kelsey Gavin was a joy to work with for the entire process of getting new closet doors for my master bedroom. She was thorough during our meeting in the showroom- going over the pros and cons of each choice for my space. She communicated along the way, making sure everything was just as I wanted. I am so pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend to anyone.
