Nick the bartender made sure our party had a great time happy he was our bartender. Donny was also really helpful making sure we were safe and attentive to whatever we needed.

Donny was an absolute sweetheart. He showed us how to throw with both single and both hands. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong and he still helped me. Appreciate him!

First time stopping in. I've notice lots of different activities to do while enjoying a beer. Oh & outside the establishment there was a food truck it was called West Coast Taco Bar, the tacos are very delicious many choices of tacos & burritos to choose from you definitely have to stop by & try something from West Coast Tacos Bar & try out their food.

We had the Smart Axe mobile trailer out for my son's graduation party. Everyone loved it and had so much fun! The guests raved about how much fun they had. Definitely something you want to book to take your next party to the next level.

Great beer, good atmosphere! And I was able to land an axe! It's like throwing a shoe at your ex with a little extra humph!

So much freaking fun! Easy to reserve a day and time. Brought munchies and they had cold beer. If a couple of old ladies can throw an axe, you can to. Throw in some good tunes, don't get no better!

We were celebrating our daughters birthday, 11 people in our group and we all had so much fun! Staff was great, place was clean and friendly.

Wow we had a great time here! Staff was so friendly and helpful (teaching me how to do a good throw), beer was awesome, music was fantastic. We went on a Thursday at 8: 30pm and there was only 6 people! If we lived in the area, we would definitely be regulars. Great place for a fun date night! Highly recommend!

Went here over the weekend for the first time and I had an absolutely amazing time. The staff was very polite. They explained how to throw the axe and the different style games we can play. The vibe of the whole place was great and I do plan on going back with my friends and family again.

Fun place, great drink service. Getting the axe to stick was easier than expected and the staff was great at showing us how to throw it properly.

Fun! Staff was hands off with the axe throwing, and let you do what you want. They had a great beer selection and some snacks, with barbecue right out front too. Also, a few other games for before or after axe throwing

Great place to relax. I brought my team for some fun and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and courteous in relaxed no pressure way.

Don't mess with a woman who can throw an axe and hit the bullseye! Good service. However, they don't inform you when your time is up. Although, I didn't taste the food, I saw it on the table next door. General fast food. Clean soda tubes because the diet Pepsi tasted good.

Our group of 4 had a wonderful time at the Smart Axe. Jenna was a great host who showed us how to throw properly. She got us our drinks and checked in on us quite a bit. There’s also some great game options for before or after you throw axes in the lobby area. We lingered a bit longer, just to play boxing and pinball. I highly recommend this spot for a good day!

My son and I had a great time! So happy Modesto has something new and fun to do! The staff is great, explained how to throw and handle the axe safely as well as gave us different game ideas. Checked on us periodically to ask if we had any questions.
We will definitely be back!

What a blast! My first time throwing axes but definitely won’t be my last. Chill atmosphere, helpful staff, and a great selection of beers and tasty vittles. I’ll never forget my first bullseye and neither will you!
