I am a Lake Tahoe native, not just a local, I've been here well past 50 years and my wife has been here over 30. Together my wife & I procrastinated moving for some time, (I needed to retire to a place that doesn't get "Sierra cement" snow.a place where I can rest my back finally). We procrastinated no longer and in September we decided to move to a place we found several states away, though this was clearly a late start in real estate terms, we felt that with the right agents we might be able to do it. After interviewing Dylan & Jaime, we knew we could leave our future in thier hands. Little did we know that when we signed up with Dylan & Jaime, we were going to end up selling in 5 days! Escrow took a couple of months to close so we did spend time with Dylan & Jaime and in that time I can honestly say that my wife & I have never worked with anyone as professional and thorough as they are, Dylan and Jaime never did anything without informing us first, they always gave us the tools to make the right decisions and they did it with sincerity, which ultimately formed a bond between us. Looking back now, it is clear.we hired real estate agents, but ended up with friends we trust. We've moved now and we will always look back with great memories of Tahoe, and we are so happy to have had Dylan & Jaime be the ones to have facilitated our move and be a part of our Tahoe memories.
