Prior to coming here, I had sew many different reviews from people. I wasn't sure what I was walking into and wow, this place felt magical.

I had a really good experience overall. The staff was very courteous. The atmosphere is beautiful.

Terrible customer service at the bear foot bar.
Horrible managerial experience with Peter at the bear foot bar. Peter was very rude and didn’t try to provide a fair solution to resolve our complaints. We tried to contact the resort manager but no response.
