Beyond 5 stars! This spa is amazing! The amenities, the treatment, and the staff have all been phenomenal. This is a large facility so arrive early! I appreciate all of the details that the owners and leadership team have implemented! This is my go-to spa in the valley!
Amazing facility. All the staff were super accommodating. Absolutely loved the steam room, sauna, cold tank and mineral soak. Thank you Brayden and Juan for the tour and assistance. We will definitely be back and arrive earlier to spend the whole day. My wife loved her prenatal massage and came out in a daze of relaxation. Also, the float experience took me to such a deep meditative state that I will not forget.
The staff after actually getting into the Spa was amazing. The 3 star was earned by the lady at the front desk and how we didn’t get a full tour and arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment as stated from the phone associate.
The lady I spoke with on the phone said they have complimentary shirts to wear. On arrival the lady had upright remarks that they don’t have complimentary shorts, they might have some that you can purchase but no guarantee. After we were passed off to our rushed tour. The guy was sweet but the tour was rushed and he said he would come back for us but of course forgot… Anyways, he did end up stating they do have shorts for complimentary and did provide those. He had amazing customer service but 1 star for the female at the front desk for trying to sell me something and lieing and 1 star for us not getting a tour of the facility and having to figure it out ourselves.
We paid at least $1,000 to be here you would expect someone to remember to come back and guide you through a facility and a member at the front desk not to lie to you.
Inside the spa was excellent though! So cudos to the people who created this place but fix your staff. LASTHING THE STRAWBERRY AND CREAM SMOOTHIE WAS PHENOMENAL!
The Spa was amazing! I received an amazing 90 minute massage from Nubia. It was the best massage I have ever gotten! Will definitely be back!
There was a mix up with my reservation, so unfortunately I didn't get to experience a service, but the staff was really exceptional with dealing with the issue and I still was able to use the facilities which I highly recommend. It's definitely quite pricey but if you can make use of every amenity it's worth it.
The spa is awesome. We spent a full day utilizing all of the features of the spa…mineral baths/pools, steam room, sauna, cold shower, warm shower, zero gravity meditation chairs (unbelievable), salt cave, and the pools. The day pass is well worth the price. I can’t wait to go back. The staff is incredible.
The pumpkin scrub was the best spa service I have ever had! Thank you Nubia for all your skill and attention.
Got a day pass that came with my massage. Amazing place. Spent 7 hours there. Great place to spend the day.
This is the most elaborate spa with the most amenities hands down! Also, great for co Ed with a lot of shared spaces!

Love this Spa! New, clean and great services. Go early or stay longer because there are a lot of free experiences you can enjoy (salt room, relaxation room with massaging chairs, mineral soak, pool, hot tub, food/drinks). The staff was wonderful. I had Bridget and did a massage with warm gemstones in bags, etc.medium pressure perfect for me. My friend had the Lavendar scrub with Nubia and said it was best sis experience she ever had.
We had an awesome lunch across the street at Sherman’s.
Not disappointed and glad the spa is finally complete and ready to serve. Will be making this a routine destination!
Gigantic facility. All of the spa amenities you can dream of. Gym is awesome and the natural hot springs, main reason to go!
Most incredible experience! This spa is the best I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a several). Nubia was absolutely fantastic and made my treatment spectacular and unforgettable, I can’t wait to get back.
