I saw Nancy to get filler for the first time. She was so thorough about talking to me about what I was looking for, how to achieve my results, providing options. I’ve been coming to Stephanie for Botox for the last two years. At 1st I was scared because I didn’t want to appear overly done. Stephanie was patient with me and calmed my nerves by explaining the process & her expertise with the different patient preferences. She does such a wonderful job and her bedside manner is the best! I have been a client for close to two years. My facialist was unfortunately let go. She did something foolish; called in sick and took her child to the beach. Who can blame her after being locked up for 3 months with a young child. Yes it was a foolish mistake but sometimes especially during a pandemic you need to over look these things for the greater good. A co-worker reported her. I probably would have stayed and used another facialist but no one likes a rat.

I've been coming to this Spa for a year now! I was always concern with my skin but never knew the actions to take. Everyone here has made me feel so comfortable in taking these steps. This morning I had a facial with Frida at the new location of the Spa at SBPS. The facility is nice and bright with an open, contemporary feeling. Frida was very attentive and kind, making sure I felt comfortable. The whole experience was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend the Spa at SBPS.

Michelle Florez is fabulous! I was a very late starter to getting anything done on my face. I was terrified because Im very sensitive to chemicals and I really cant handle pain. I also am not a fan of the look of over done plastic surgery or over injected faces. No frozen face or big lips wanted by me. But I also wanted to look my best, and also as natural as Possible, and with as little pain and down time as possible. Microneedling with stem cells is amazing! Michelle listens and is very careful to do what I am comfortable with. She is extremely professional, patient, honest and really experienced. On top of that she is a true artist. It’s Obvious by the beautiful and careful work she does. I even had a pretty bad aliergic reaction (to products after a treatment I think I’m allergic to retinol) one time and the way Michelle handled it and checked on me, made me confident that I would be coming back to her no matter what. I could not Recommend her more highly if you want anything cosmetic done to your face. And the spa itself is very nice, very well run and I am a very happy client. Thanks to Michelie!
