I ordered a new spa cover on 11/11 and I was quoted 5-8 weeks but delivery took 10 weeks. They also showed up with the wrong color cover and told me I'd have to pay for a new one if I wanted to get it corrected. They also did not offer a discount despite their oversight on the color. I would look elsewhere
