The Springs, La Mesa CA

The work was finished the day after I submitted the work order. I was impressed with how fast and how well the job was done.

Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. The A/C is wonderful and everything works. Highly recommended!

The Springs, is a beautiful place to live. It is obvious how the staff and management are dedicated on keeping our home here at The Springs safe and clean and very well maintained. If we need help they are quick to respond, or if a problem arises. The apartment is so nice it feels like it was designed to make me feel at home.

Wonderful moving in experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Beautiful property. Staff is amazing. Living the dream here.

I have only lived here a month and I love it. The Springs' staff take great care of the buiding and the grounds and still make time to help a resident. They are realy nice. The residents are friendly. The Springs is a short distance to the Trolly, Vons, the quant little shops on La Mesa Blvd.and a variety of eateries. It is beautiful. Come for a tour of the Springs and apply to be on the list. It is worth the wait!

Great place to live. Very secured. The Springs is very well maintained. Our manager Lyly Choi is on top of things. Lyly is a gem. She is very efficient and organized. Kind and considerate and very fair. A wiz with the paperwork when doing our recertication. Organized with Walgreens for the residents to receive the shots for the coronavirus at the property. That was a lifesaver and very convenient. Very well organized. All my maintenance requests are done in a timely manner.

The Springs is more than an apartment complex, it is a community.

The management maintains the buildings and grounds beautifully. It makes you proud to call it home.

I always appreciate Arturo and Rockney, when I need something done or fixed in my apartment, they are always here quickly, and take care of whatever maintenance is needed probably. Also, when I call the office and request maintenance, you, Lyly, are always ready to take care of it promptly.

I love living here, knowing that I will have support and care of whatever issue or problem about maintenance, etc.

I have lived at this apartment complex for about 12 years now. It is a wonderful place to live. Management is very knowledgeable, and the maintenance staff keeps everything in good working order and very clean.
Our head of maintenance, Rockney, is ever alert for problems in the building and is very well liked and appreciated.

I'm finding it difficult to report my change my home address from Guava Gardens La Mesa to 8070 Orange Ave #309, La Mesa 91942. All of the directions I receive are wrong because of that reason. Can you make it easier?

Lyly was friendly and welcoming.as well as professional.responded within a few minutes to email the application form.finished filling out the Hud form and called lyly for advise and help.she was once again welcoming and professional.what a treat to be treated with respect.

I love living here. The location is perfect for shopping and close to public transportation Its a safe neighborhood for walking.many shops and restaurants near by, we are walking distance to food store, post office, library and City government offices also police and fire department. The management and maintenance crew are excellent. They respond quickly to any problems we might have. Which I really appreciate. I've lived at the Springs almost 3 years and so happy I moved here.

I like what your doing. I have waited for years for E transfer payment of monthly rent. Having a computer is not new to me, Im not always savvey. Thank you for listening. Doug Secord

I am very new here at the Springs but so far i really appreciate all that it is.
It is a Green community with Solar panels and ive been told even the carpet is of recycled material. I do appreciate this for our environment.
The apartments are newly remodeled and lovely.i am on the 7th floor and i have a view all the way to the mountains, a nice deck runs the width of the apartment.
When i talk with someone here and i tell them i am new they say " You will love it here, I do "
I am so looking forward to spending my "Golden years" here at the Springs.

The Springs a Rose Community deserve a Five Star rating. — The Springs is like coming home, to good neighbors, accommodating maintenance men and our Manager (Lyly) who is well-informed and knowledgeable about the residence needs immediately. I have lived in many different apartments complex's in my life, but hands down this apartment complex deserve an A+. I'm so lucky to live in a safe neighborhood, with people who care and Management that solves problems with a smile.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the SPRINGS Apartments for nearly the last 5 years. It’s amazing, it seems like just yesterday I moved in.

Lyly the manager does an outstanding job. Rockney the maintenance supervisor keeps everything moving just fine. Arturo the custodian is always cleaning and keeping the place in pristine condition. Rosemary is very pleasant as she administers food programs for us. Overall my my experience living at the Springs has always been very pleasant.

The best place. The manager is super nice and helpful. Maintenance is always ready to help. It’s very quiet and clean here.

Nice community, friendly people. Location is ideal and close to everything. Staff is attentive and the building and grounds are updated and well maintained.
