The Strum Shop, Roseville CA

Excellent customer service and EXCELLENT repair work on my acoustic! I went to the Strum Shop where I was greeted by Dr. Dan, a very nice man who is very knowledgeable about acoustic instruments.he was super helpful and told me my guitar would be done in 2 days. I got it back the next day! The work was perfect, he fixed the problem and the guitar sounds better than ever. Thanks Strum Shop!

I love this place. Super friendly staff and so convenient. Their knowledge of stringed instruments is amazing. I even had a set of bagpipes that I brought in and they were able to send me in the right direction. They are amazing.

I brought a guitar to adjust the action. Dan did not place the parts I asked for saying he did not have it on stock. Inaccurate repair job with replacing the guitar nut. Honestly I could adjust my guitar better than this “professional repair master” “Doctor” Dan. Waisted $80. Very unsatisfied. I would not recommend any repairs in this shop/store.

So hats off to strum shop. I hope the owner and Dan read this. You guys have been helping me with my schecter 007 special edition. The floyd rose has been a pain in the butt! They have been super helpful after initial setup, it had issues after and they've been super helpful trying to get it right! I would highly recommend them! They seem like super good people and the customer service is on point! It feels like they actually care about people who walk in the door and not just try to gouge you for a bunch of money! From now on I will be going to them for stuff and support a local business before guitar center. Thanks again for all your help! Doctor Dan you rock!
