The Summit at Point Loma is the best affordable place to live in Point Loma. It gives you the feeling of luxury without breaking the bank. You are high enough to see the sun setting or watch fireworks over sea world and you don't have do deal with the type of people that are on Midway down the hill. I've lived here for 4 yearn now and I have no complaints. The management here is the BEST. They really are looking to make this place and you living here the best it can be. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.
Lived here nearly two years and loved the experience!
Grounds are clean and well maintained, maintenance is always prompt, the sunset/city views from the pool deck are excellent and management hosts community get togethers a few times a year.
The neighborhood is centrally located near the beaches, easy freeway access, close to downtown and the airport.
Would definitely recommend The Summit at Point Loma!
