We have been clients for 20 years, today we wanted to eat my husband wanted to eat everything and I wanted to order a la carte, or surprise they did not let us in, the waiter said that I had to eat everything just like my husband, the point is that I did not I was very hungry and I had to eat by force! It's the stupidest rule I've ever heard in a restaurant! So I waited an hour and the result was this, so if you are not hungry don't come to this place because they won't let you in!

Fantastic AYCE sushi restaurant. Fresh fish and you don't have to worry about the orders coming out slowly. We constantly had sushi ready to eat. Terrific service, too!

Sushi by Jin is a weekly spot for me. Anytime friends or family come to visit it’s always on the itinerary. The service is fast and and the chefs are always welcoming. The all you can eat is a no brainer! It’s the best deal for premium fresh sushi. Some of my favorites are- the riceless roll options: pink lady, ex girlfriend, and the volcano are all incredible. The Jin crunch roll is a favorite as well. Their sushi and sashimi is so good. The cuts are always so clean and soft!

The way it works-
You have 3 rounds to order whatever you want. Only order what you can eat or you will get charged for the leftovers.

The sushi is amazing.

The location sucks. Last time we were waiting for a table for two hours and was told that the restaurant won’t be able to let us in because they close in 50 min. We spend two hours on a parking lot.they don’t take reservations.

But the food is best in la.

A classy sushi restaurant with luxurious foods and drinks. I was totally amazed of how great the ambiance is. Best sushi I ever tasted.

To start, it is one of those restaurants in which the staff thinks they are doing you a favor by serving you.
We arrived at the restaurant at 8: 45PM and was informed that I only had 15 minutes to order the “all you can eat”. Then 25 minutes passed by without anybody taking our order. They didn't take our order until 9: 15pm, and even then, the waitress told us the selections would be limited.
At this point I was almost going home without ordering anything.
A few minutes later they brought in all of our orders together, and rushed us to order the next selections. It felt like ordering from a Russian Post Office.
And the sushi is just average, nothing special. So in my opinion, The Sushi by Jin, is not the best Sushi experience by any means, so if you arrive there close to 9PM, be prepared, because it will feels like getting sushi at a truck stop.
Anyway, we left with a $85 bill for two people, and a feeling of bad taste in our mouths.

This place used to be great, and we used to go every week. But the last time we were there they changed their policy to where everyone has to get the all you can eat or nobody can. I weigh 255lbs, my wife weighs 120. She has zero interest in all you can eat, because she usually only eats one roll. I love the all you can eat. It sucks that the management assumes the worst of their customers and won't allow us to get what we want.

From now on, we will be going to either Kazuki sushi in North Hollywood, or Sunny's Sushi hut which are both about a mile away and are awesome as well but with better management.

I'm really sad to hear about this negative change in policy.

I have loved this place for a while. My wife and I stumbled upon it and have been hooked ever since. Every single visit has been great but today. Today has been hands down the best experience to date and that is directly because of B and Regina. They are both super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I have spent around twenty years in the restaurant industry and service like this is hard to find and it was greatly appreciated.
Now for the food.
I usually do not like mussels but I ordered them today and they were amazing. Between the scallops, the mussels and the fresh water eel I am torn to decide a favorite. We will most definitely be back! Thank Regina and B for us please.

It's not their fault if you eat way too much and that's exactly what we did because everything was that good. Every dish was too notched and the waitresses were very attentive and serviced nearly all our needs. Fantastic joint~!

For an all you can eat sushi joint this place is good as it gets. Amazing selection, great tasting yellowtail, 1 oyster, 1 Toro, and other premium sushi items included with no upcharge. They use the minimum amount of rice on nigiri sushi as possible (a great thing for a.y. C.e sushi). Also by no means would I consider myself a major fan of miso soup but I gotta say their miso soup is truly extraordinary.
