Friendly staff. I arrived late, because of I-5 was closed. The still assigned me a door when I arrived. I was unloaded and received my paperwork in less than 2 hours.

Appointment at 21: 30 arrived 20: 30 door right away, mt in 30 minutes but a get the bol until 22: 30, not too bad

The people was professional from the time we checked in with the ladies at receiving to get unloaded to the time we departed. Total time in and out one and half hours. Plenty of room to park. Don’t know why someone leaving bad reviews. You go into their business as a professional driver and they treat you like a professional driver.

Got in at 19: 00 for a 02: 00 appointment. Got checked in and a door right away. Already had my comcheck ready for them!

Check in building B make sure they have 2 buildings A and B only B is for check in and out

Easy to locate and get what I was tasked to do. Everyone that I had contact with was professional and courteous.

They got just 1 hour for unload they deserve 4 star another 1 star I didn’t give them because they haven’t cutter to break the metal seal then I got cutter from somebody else

Check in Appointment Time! Lumper only com check, EFS, No debit or Credit! Almost 5-6 hour wait unloading and count product

The receiving starts from 7 although you can check in early.when you go for check in make sure you have your license, BOL, (EFS check or T check or COM CHECK) with you to save your time and when you back up to door give seal to receiving office.unloading time dependent on your product

The truck driver is Hispanic and I don’t know his name but he’s always late and trying to flirt with the employees making them feel uncomfortable. He’s very unprofessional with job like blocked the way for my employees to grab items. He literally took hours to get items out because most of the time he’s trying to talk to the female employees.sometimes he forgets to drop off items like 24 boxes were missing that we had on our order. Even told one of my employees to “ spank my ass” and she made a report about it and he still coming to our store, knowing that our female employees feel uncomfortable with hes around. And almost fought a customer, which the customer was a minor as well. Sadly we wish to get another person to not make us feel uncomfortable and be on time. Even though we reported him too many times. They aren’t doing anything about it to make it better.

Two star bcoz unload quickly and took almost 3 to 4 hrs to count product and complete paper work

Had a great experience was in at 1915 and was out by 2030 fast quick and very helpful staff

Worst place i ever had delivery. Got unloaded 3 hours ago and after 3 hours I’m still waiting for the paperwork.

Very rude and the worst place on the earth I ever been, it took them 5 hours to give me papperwork! The worst!

Very lazy people be prepared if you guys loading or unloading long wait for everything here

Awful place, no food storage rules are followed.terrible staff, rude.arrived at howling two hours delay, if you're late then a fine. I do not advise anyone to work with them if the nerves are dear to you

Very unprofessional I arrived 10 am they said ur appointment was at2 am make another appointment with late charges 302 but they accepted another truck at 3 o clock. Without any appointment. If there policy 8 pm to 4 am it should be same for everyone. I delivered load in 13 hours and lost my load.
